Marais Duplex Walk to Notre Dame Ascenseur Climatisation 2 WC. WIFI GRATUIT

L'appartement est situé aux 4 et 3 étages avec (ascenseur). Il est composé de 2 studios en duplex qui ne sont pas connectés mais assez proches pour communiquer facilement.
Chaque studio a son propre téléphone qui permet les appels entre eux.
NE JAMAIS LOUER SÉPARÉMENT. Veuillez ne pas demander.

L'immeuble se trouve sur la charmante petite place de Bourg Tibourg avec ses restaurants, cafés avec terrasses où les gens aiment passer du temps à parler, manger ou profiter du soleil. Il y a une grande sélection de boulangeries, marchés de fromages, vins et toutes sortes de marchés alimentaires dans la meilleure tradition française à proximité et même un marché fermier sera à votre porte deux fois par semaine.

Très bien situé, près de tous les transports, mais surtout vous n'en aurez pas besoin car la plupart des attractions de Paris sont accessibles à pied. À quelques pas de la Seine et de la cathédrale Notre-Dame.
Le bâtiment est protégé par un code d'accès et un interphone et le quartier est très sûr.

L'appartement est de 48 m² (24 + 24) en duplex aux 3ème et 4ème étages. Les deux niveaux sont reliés par un escalier facile à l'extérieur de l'appartement (à l'intérieur du bâtiment). Pour cette raison, il ne convient pas aux familles avec de jeunes enfants au moins, ils resteront avec un adulte dans le même studio.
Chaque studio est équipé d'une cuisine complète, petite mais très efficace et pratique, avec une cuisinière, un four ordinaire, un micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur, etc. Laveuse / sécheuse. Table à manger pour 4 personnes. Ventilateur de plafond. Climatisation. Salle de bain avec baignoire et douche combinées, WC, lavabo.

Les lits sont très confortables avec des matelas Tempco Original viscoélastiques pour se détendre après une longue journée. Chaque niveau dispose d'un lit escamotable double et d'un canapé. Au 3 étage il y a aussi un lit simple (un lit de jour)
 Placards avec miroirs du sol au plafond. Télévision par câble, lecteur CD, DVD, radio, Internet sans fil fibre gratuit, WIFI GRATUIT, appels téléphoniques gratuits vers la plupart des pays et même appels téléphoniques gratuits vers les États-Unis et le Canada.
Il y a deux grandes fenêtres à double vitrage à chaque étage donnant sur la petite rue des «Mauvais Garcons». L'appartement est calme pour le centre de Paris et très lumineux.

Beaucoup de supermarchés à proximité, tous vos besoins d'achat dans la région. L'un des grands magasins les plus célèbres de Paris BHV est le bloc suivant.

It is a great location! But is was quite difficult to find for being our first time in Paris, even the taxi driver couldn’t find it. We asked some locals and they took the time to help us. But when we arrived, the rooms were not very clean and things were missing..,such as sheets for the pull out bed..towels, etc. Although, when told of what was missing, the caretaker was quick to help. Even though we were 3 single ladies, two apartments, there was only one electric fab key, between the 2 apartments. We had to wait a couple of days to get an additional electronic fab key.The caretaker did allow us early check in and allowed us to keep our luggage until the afternoon in the apartment on check out day. You can’t keep the window open at night as it is very loud from the night club just down the street.But it is a great location….

The elevator was not working so it would have been impossible to stay here if any of the four of us had mobility issues Narrow steep stairs up four flights. Also the lower apartment had mold on the wall in the kitchen. The location was excellent and had grocery and restaurants very close

This listing is actually two studio apartments on the third and fourth floor of an apartment building. There is a small elevator so you need not carry luggage up the narrow stairs. This arrangement worked out great for four women on a girls trip to Paris. The apartments were small but very clean and both have full baths with tub and shower. The location was amazing. You can walk to Notre Dame easily. We walked everywhere. Apartments are on a court yard with five restaurants and a Boulanger with excellent baked goods. Grocery store right down the block.

The apartments were very nice and clean. We did have an issue with a small leak in the lower bathroom when someone was using the the bathroom above. It is a great location and we enjoyed our visit. The host responded to all request quickly.

superb location

I don't think you can ask for a better location. The neighborhood is vibrant but the apartments are quiet. It is true the elevator is tiny but essential for this asthmatic. Very close to the metro and bicycles are easy to rent. No comment about the kitchen as we only used glasses for water. Hands down everyone of us would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you.

The location was spectacular. However we had major issues. #1, the lift did not work, we were on the 3rd floor, friends on the 4th. I have artificial hips and knees, and a lift was a priority for me. #2, our apartment door did not lock, we felt very vulnerable. #3, the air coo did not work, which made for a very hot and sticky stay.

Comfortable Apartment in the Heart of Marais

We loved staying at this two-bedroom apartment. It was convenient to everything, and the pull-beds were comfortable and convenient. We didn't use the kitchen, but it looked like it would have most things we would have needed had we wanted to cook. We would stay here again!

Quirky Convenience

We are two friends who stayed in the Marais duplex in early June, 2025. Being in the two stand-alone rooms worked well for us as friends traveling together. The units are DIY quirky, but have most of what one needs for a stay in Paris. The very best thing about the duplex is its location. It is within easy walking distance of many of typical Paris tourism sites. There are plenty of dining options close by. The beds are fairly comfortable, and the street noise level is mitigated. One down side is the lack of clothing storage in one of the rooms of the duplex, which is on a separate floor of the building. Check-in was easy, and communication with the manager was simple. I would stay here again in the future.

Fantastic location with all you need.

The two duplex apartments are great for two couples vacationing. The apartments are cozy, but with all the amenities needed for a great stay. The apartment is located in a vibrant area, full of cafes, restaurants and shops. Conveniently located near a main metro line and walking distance to the Seine and Notre Dame. Would definitely stay here again. The elevator is very small and did break down one day making it difficult for people with mobility issues to navigate the stairs.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay with our two teenage daughters. The studio apartments are on the third and fourth floor so it was perfect for us to each have our own space. The air conditioning works GREAT which was a huge bonus in the hot summertime. The square and the restaurants right outside the front door were lively and had great food and ambiance. Perfect location to see all the major sights and most within walking distance.

Location!

great spot, 2 totally separate living areas on different floor that rent as 1 unit. Responsive and attentive local contact. Although it can get noisy with the windows open the best thing is the location, lovely little square with multiple cafes and shops literally at your doorstep.

Quick stint in beautiful Paris

We had a wonderful time in your very quaint little condos. They were incredibly well located, close to everything and directly in a little square full of cafés and restaurants. The day we arrived, we were welcomed right away and shown the place. Just a little while later, we went out and across the street was a farmer’s market with delicious fruits. All in all great time. We would definitely be back!

Great location.

These are two studios on floors above/below each other. Murphy bed was a soft mattress but fine. Kitchen tiny but serviceable. Good windows silenced the noise from cafes just outside on the square. The apts. are in a great Marais location and are good for using as a "pied-a-terre"in Paris. Great for 2 couples or a family with older kids who can stay in their own apt.
