Bellagio Villas - Aida with large balcony directly on the lake

Aida is Giuseppe Verdi’s opera magna, but Aida apartment is ours.
200 square meters large, Aida has 5 spacious bedrooms, each decorated in a different style for a perfect harmony, which continues in the large sitting room, where our guests will find both comfortable modern sofas and tables of fine craftsmanship, as well as antique furniture restored by expert hands. The comfortable dining room accommodates a large table where guests can enjoy their favorite dishes, prepared in the ample and fully equipped kitchen . Aida is complete with an entrance hall with a reading table and 3 bathrooms with shower and tub. The highlight of this apartment is its large terrace, where guests can comfortably eat, sunbathe or simply enjoy the view of Lake Como.

Tourist tax of 1.5€ per person per night is included in the rent.
Heating is not included, if necessary.
Pets are considered on request, with an extra fee.
Smoking is allowed in the garden and on the balcony.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had a group of f8, and had a great stay at the property! Great views of the lake, right on the water. Everything was as advertised. Hosts were great and greeted us when we arrived. We had a great stay, and recommend the property to others.

A breath a fresh air with abundant beauty!

Our host Mattia, was very kind with lots of information on local things to do. We arrived early and she met us with a smile and showed us around the place—beautiful views with spacious areas to visit and play cards/games. I would rent again for sure.

A Wonderful Stay at Bellagio Villas with an Amazing Host!Our host, Eva, was absolutely awesome! After we missed our bus stop to the villa, Eva and her son came to our rescue, picking up all six of us—plus our luggage—from the roadside and bringing us straight to the villa.The villa itself was clean, comfortable, and very spacious, especially in the common areas. We especially loved spending our evenings on the balcony, which overlooked the lake with stunning views of the village lights twinkling all around it—truly magical!Eva was incredibly responsive, always available via text or often in person to answer any questions we had. The first two days of our stay were blessed with great weather, but unfortunately, the last two brought heavy rain. In fact, Lake Como received a month’s worth of rain in just 15 minutes, leading to mudslides that blocked the roads back into Como and the train station.Thankfully, Eva once again stepped in and arranged a driver with a van to take us the long way back through Bellagio and on to Milan. We were so grateful for her help and quick thinking!Bellagio Villas was a wonderful place to stay, and Eva was an excellent host. Highly recommend!

Wir waren mit Kindern für 10 Tage dort. Das Appartement war sehr großzügig geschnitten, großer Balkon. Direkter Zugang zum See. Sehr freundliche Vermieterin, die mindestens vier Sprachen (Italienisch, Englisch, Französisch und Deutsch spricht) und sofort auf Wünsche und Nachfragen reagiert.

"Nous avons passé un séjour formidable. L''appartement est très grand et très lumineux avec une vue fantastique sur le lac. Il est également très bien équipé. Eva la propriétaire est une personne d''une extrème gentillesse. Elle est vraiment disponible et nous a beaucoup conseillé sur les visites à faire, les bateaux à prendre pour rejoindre les différents endroits à voir sur le lac, les localisations des supermarchés... Nous avons eu un réel plaisir à rencontrer Eva et à séjourner dans son bel appartement."
