We had an amazing stay in Bellagio. Location was Premium with an incredible view of Lake Como. Alberto and Sybille were so gracious and met us at the house. House was fantastic and so comfortable. This villa is in the perfect location. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the heart of Bellagio. There is very large terrace to relax and take in the views of lake como. The hosts are so helpful and kind. They went above and beyond and gave us plenty of suggestions for nearby restaurants and activities. Thank you so much for recommending villa melzi chapel for my son to propose to his girlfriend at. It was the most stunning backdrop for their engagement. A special thanks for the beautiful card and well wishes you gave them. I highly recommend this villa in Bellagio.

Great location and wonderful owner communication !

Really large apartment ! Bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious! Location was fantastic. Owner was very good at communicating and making the process so easy. They had the fridge stocked with some essentials which was nice when arriving in the evening. Highly recommend.

The apartment was huge, with a lovely veranda. It was in a perfect location and the hosts were very kind and helpful. The furnishings could use an update to the 21st Century, but it was comfortable and pleasant.

Best location ever

Beautiful, large, apartment located on in the middle and top of everything, yet a peace oasis. Hosts are excellent and property came nicely equipted with esentials, a couple of nice extras, and plenty of consumables. A view you will never forget. If you are coming to Lake Como, come to Bellagio and stay here!

Spectacular Sunsets

The host family were extremely kind and gracious. They were a joy to deal with and my family and i had a magnificent visit with comfortable beds and and beautiful home. We cannot wait to go back next year! Great location clise to all restaurants and stores. Highly recommend this experience!

Alberto and sybille are fantastic hosts that make you feel like part of the family. The apartment is in the center of Bellagio with a view of lake como that seems out of a postcard. They keep the house stocked with essentials and also welcome snacks. Don’t miss the croissants from the pasricerria just below

The perfect stay

My family and I were so happy to stay here. All of the great reviews were true - this place had the most amazing patio/outdoor space, amazing view, the best location and very hospitable hosts. We loved our stay and would recommend this apartment. Bellagio is the perfect place and this apartment was the best location and has the perfect patio. We loved being out on it and enjoying the view and places below with our wine each night. We appreciated the Prosecco and useful basics in the refrigerator when we arrived. We could it have had a better place.

Beautiful property in an amazing location

This property had everything we needed for our first visit to Bellagio. We were right in the middle of all the action, yet felt as though we had our own Hideaway. The hosts welcomed us with a snack, and a bottle of Prosecco, then proceeded to recommend restaurants and activities in the area. I could not have asked for more. The tall ceilings in this flat makes it seem very large, beautiful tile and wooden floors add to the warmth. The terrace overlooks the lake and is a wonderful place to relax in the shade or in the sun.

Wow! What an absolutely incredible property! The location is amazing – on the prettiest, most photographed street in Bellagio, bustling and exciting. Everything is on your doorstep – restaurants, shops, bars, the ferries just at the bottom of the steps, etc. But the terrace faces the lake and is private and quiet, which makes this the perfect place to stay. It is such an amazing view.The property is extremely well equipped and had absolutely everything we needed and more. We were left plenty of water, dishwasher tablets, coffee, sugar, etc – even plenty of shower gel and shampoo! The owners were incredibly generous and helpful, keeping in good contact and greetings us to show us around and settle in. Above and beyond hosts – thank you so much! What a treat for our Mum’s special 70th birthday celebration.The property itself was immaculately clean, with very efficient aircon and comfortable beds. We visited many lovely restaurants, went on a trip to Varenna and to Villa Carlotta in Cadenabbia, which was beautiful. We even managed to find a couple of lovely spots to have a swim in Bellagio, which was a real treat. Would highly recommend this beautiful apartment!

The Glorious Sunset Bellagio

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in the Sunset Bellagio apartment. We were greeted with so much love from Sybille and her Dad, Alberto. The apartment is in a great location and the view was my favorite out of the places we visited in Italy!! We sat on the front deck and it was peaceful and quiet. There is also another deck that you can sit out and see the visitors strolling in the lively atmosphere. The apartment was very spacious with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Upon arrival, Sybille and Alberto had for us a bottle of champagne and yummy pizza snacks. The restaurants that Sybille suggested were all really good. We went to Bilicus, La Punta and Le Darasene. Our favorite activity was we rented a boat and drove around the lake. The lake was stunning!! I would highly recommend renting the beautiful Bellagio Sunset Apartment!!

Absolutely Wonderful Accommodations

First, we want to thank Sybille, her Father and Mother for allowing us to stay in this beautiful apartment. They are the most welcoming, kind family and we won't forget them. We were grateful for the wine, treats, coffee, etc. they had for us. The accommodations are outstanding. So clean and spacious with very large bedrooms. And that view from the terrace was something you won't forget! The huge terrace overlooking the lake and mountains was so spectacular. The location was perfect too. A step from the restaurants and shops but yet so private. And a special thank you to the family for meeting us at the ferry and transferring our luggage too. They also provided us with plenty of information and made our stay perfect. We cannot recommend this place enough and hope to be back again someday soon!!

Paradise in Bellagio

Incredible and everything the reviews say and MORE!!!! So beautiful we asked to extend one additional day and Alberto and family were gracious to do so! The home is comfortable, quiet, clean and in the most PERFECT location. The hosts were available with any of our questions and so kind! There truly is no better rental in all of Como
don’t spend money on a hotel when you can have it all in this home. Close to shopping, restaurants, boat excursions, bakery, wine shops, butcher and grocery
we enjoyed cooking in versus dinners out and the patio provided the most perfect setting to enjoy our meals. When our children someday choose to get married here in Como (this we hope!) we will be staying here again! Many thanks Alberto, Sybille, and Wilma for your gracious hospitality and warm love to our family! We won’t ever forget this trip!

Amazing property, host family, location, everything

Sybille and the Serena family were wonderful and gracious hosts, and gave us so much information about Bellagio and the lake area. They also let us know about some of the challenges in getting to Bellagio from Como. We naively thought that taxis and ferries would be easy to get any time, but it was tricky later in the day when ferries were sold out, buses were overflowing, and taxis were scarce. Once we did arrive, we were blown away by the property. The views and location are perfect and stunning. It was also one of the cleanest and most well kept we have ever stayed in. All 5 beds were comfortable, the appliances were in perfect condition, they provided a nice gift, and treated us like friends. I cannot recommend this place enough for your stay in Bellagio or the lake area. You will not be disappointed in the slightest.

My three sisters and I arrived at Bellagio’s Sunset to the warm welcome of Sybille and her Dad and Mom. This was the beginning of a most wonderful end to our vacation. Bellagio’s Sunset is perfect in every sense of the word. What a nice surprise to be find delicious snacks on the kitchen table, and a bottle of Prosecco. The refrigerator was stocked with everything we needed for breakfast. The location was perfect, right in the center of Bellagio. The pastry/gelato shop on the corner was amazing. The views of Lake Como from the veranda were perfection. The house was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this home to anyone. Sybille and her parents made us feel like family. We will forever be thankful that we stumbled Bellagio’s Sunset. A huge thank you ❀

Fantastic Apartment in Bellagio With a View

This apartment in the center of Bellagio is a fantastic place to stay. The hosts (father and daughter Robert and Sybille) are extremely welcoming and helpful. They also left Prosecco and breakfast supplies. The view from the terrace is breathtaking, looking over the town, the lake and the mountains. The location is right in the center of town, at the top of the most iconic cobblestone stairway which runs from the waterfront up to the main commercial street. A great bakery is located right below the flat. There are three comfortable bedrooms and two large baths, and a large living/dining area with huge windows facing the lake plus the well equipped kitchen. And on-site parking with complete directions on how to arrive. Given the costs of Bellagio hotels and the ability to have so much space with a view, this flat is very reasonable priced for any group or family. We highly recommend Sybille’s place. It does require some steps to reach the apartment (which is all on one level), but it is hard to imagine any vaguely comparable space in Bellagio that doesn’t involve steps. Book this place for a magical stay in Bellagio!
