About this property

Villa Pagel - A Murcia Holiday Rentals Property

This is a very popular two bedroom two bathroom spacious villa with a private pool and roof solarium.

The villa is furnished to a high standard and has air-conditioning in the lounge, along with ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

The rear garden is fully paved and has outside garden furniture and sun loungers along with a charcoal BBQ. Upstairs there is a solarium ideal to enjoy evening drinks with lounge furniture.

The villa is located in a quiet area of the resort and is about 5 minutes walk from the supermarket and town centre, which has restaurants and bars and the Golf Club House.

We are able to supply pool towels, welcome packs and a meet and greet service.

Our guests staying at La Torre also have the added benefit of our fully staffed office at the resort, where you can get assistance, advice and recommendations, as well as help with any aspect of your travel or accommodations. Our staff speak Spanish, English, French and Arabic.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Fantastic Fortnight's Holiday

We have just returned from a brilliant 2 weeks at La Torre Golf Resort. Villa Pagel is lovely, its less than a 10 minute walk to the town centre, 5 minutes to the Spar but is still in a lovely quiet area. The garden and pool area was great, the villa itself was a great size for the 3 of us and it was homely and comfortable. It was so hot the first week we were very glad of the air conditioning in the bedrooms as well as the livingroom! The kitchen is very well equipped too, it had everything we needed, down to an air fryer! There was also 2 hairdryers in the bathroom. The only thing we found was the double bed mattress was incredibly firm but that's purely just personal preference rather than a fault.

The outdoor areas and furniture are not as pictured. The roof terrace had no furniture at all and was dirty. Also didn't have any lounge seating on the downstairs terrace. We emailed Marcus about this at the time but had no reply. Copy available. With better communication this could have been resolved.
