This house is located 400m from the Beaches of Vera. There are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops within walking distance and the bus stop is 50m from the main gate. The house contains two bedrooms, a bathroom, living / dining room and kitchenette.

Beautifully presented modern townhouse with 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom in this popular complex. The terrace faces east and the furnished roof gives access to sunlight throughout the day.

The panoramic blue flag beaches of Vera are a 5-minute walk away and the popular cities of Vera, Garrucha and Mojácar are 5 minutes away by car. This property is ideally located for golf lovers with 4 first class golf courses within a 10 minute drive.

Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones. Tiene aire acondicionado en todas las estancias y las piscinas están muy bien. Es una zona muy tranquila para unos días de playa, piscina, paseo y helado. Está a unos 8 min de la playa y a poco más de medio km del Puerto de Garrucha que es donde está el ocio y la restauración (=el mogollón).

Apartamento perfecto, todo muy bien, ubicación muy buena esta a 3 minutos andando de la playa, es ideal para familias, nosotros fuimos un matrimonio y 2 niños. La urbanización está muy limpia y tiene 2 piscinas. Experiencia de 10, volveremos seguro.

Encantados.

Está perfecto. Sin grandes lujos, pero no le falta de nada, y tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Solo hay que arreglar la ducha que no traga bien el agua. El chilaut con barbacoa está genial. La zona es tranquilísima, perfecta para descansar y relajarse al igual que la misma urbanización. Quedamos encantados. Es de destacar el protocolo Covid, bien cumplido por parte de la inmobiliaria, además de facilitar todo a los inquilinos.

La ubicación es buena, cómo pega no me gustó la vitrocerámica, imposible hacer nada, solo una sartén enorme y la vitrocerámica no calienta. Los sofás incómodos. El resto aceptable.

Vacaciones familiares

El apartamento está muy bien la verdad la parte de la azotea es una pasada. La vajilla estaba sucia aunque eso es culpa de los inquilinos. La zona está bien aunque hay cuestecitas para ir a la playa y un buen paseo para el puerto es una zona muy tranquila.
