On the ground floor, the welcoming living and dining area is furnished with a Scandinavian wood stove intended for decorative purposes, a dining table, and a flat screen digital television. This space benefits from air conditioning and forced-air heating, and provides direct access to the patio. The fully equipped kitchen on this level includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and access to the terrace. The ground floor also hosts 3 shower and WC bathrooms serving the rooms on this level.
