This contemporary villa, full foot, in perfect condition, pleasant to live, you will spend great moments of relaxation. Living room very sunny by large windows, facing southwest, which open onto a large wooden terrace and landscaped garden. Living room with 2 sofas and 2 armchairs, TV with DVD, fully equipped open kitchen (new appliances and sink), attached cellar.
A corridor leads you to the 'night' part: 3 bedrooms, one with a bed 160, the other two 140, bedside tables and large closets
A bathroom, tiled, fully renovated in early 2018, with window, walk-in shower and 2 basins. Separate toilet, renovated in March 2017, with window
Set closed and raised, shade sail, table, living room of garden and
sun loungers in aluminum, barbecue WEBER, bicycle rack.
Quiet environment in this family residence. Its private path takes you on foot to the beach of Madeleine which adjoins it. You can swim and relax in peace.

Strict minimum.

Pour un prix tel que celui proposé par la propriétaire, on pourrait s’attendre à avoir ce petit truc en plus. Hormis le fait que nous ne rencontrons jamais ladite propriétaire, la procédure d’arrivée est assurée par sa charmante amie dont le rôle est de vous donner les clefs avec gentillesse, mais… rien de plus. À noter également que vous disposez d’un « book » qui vous explique « les règles de la maison ». Attention ici, on vous tarifie le forfait ménage ET le forfait literie en plus moyennant frais supplémentaires conséquents, pour ensuite recevoir une demande d’argent en plus car les conteneurs à poubelle extérieurs ne sont pas vidés. De plus, le contact avec la propriétaire est d’une froideur incroyable, vous recevez un texto la veille pour vous demander à quelle heure vous partez mais que ça ce soit bien passé ou non, ça elle s’en moque. Par contre pour essayer de récupérer quelques euros par ci par là aucun problème. Bref, en conclusion, un bel endroit mais bien trop cher pour la prestation, très peu de contact avec la propriétaire sauf quand il s’agit d’argent.
