Fabulous house facing Three Valleys nr Bozel

Chalet Patronus. Stunning 4 bed house in the mountain village of Montagny Le Villard on the edge of the Vanoise National Park, 10 minutes above the town of Bozel, with easy access to the Three Valleys and Paradiski ski areas. Amazing views across to Courchevel and La Tania.

Courchevel (Three Valleys) and Champagny-en-Vanoise are both within a 20 minute drive and the stunning lesser-known resort of Pralognan-la-Vanoise is only a 35 minute drive away.

Accommodation is over four floors comprising:
-Ground floor: Substantial entrance hall with boot and ski storage and utility room (second bathroom being added in March 2019).
-First floor: Double bedroom with Austrian-twin beds and balcony. Second double-bedroom with double bed. Bunk room with a rustic custom-built bunk-bed capable of sleeping two adults. Bathroom with walk-in 'drench-style' shower, toilet, wash basin and large bath.
-Second floor: Double bedroom with Austrian-twin beds.
-Top floor: Open-plan kitchen (containing gas and electric hob, large electric fan oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, breakfast bar and wine fridge), dining room and sitting room arranged over three levels with breathtaking views over the village and across to Courchevel and La Tania. Large south-facing balcony accessed from the dining room.
-Outside: Covered parking for two cars and huge south-facing decking area above the garage giving fabulous views of the valley.

Beautiful property with stunning views

We felt very at home in this lovely property. The village is pretty with walks from the door and skiing in the 3 Valleys very easy to get to. Bozel nearby is a lovely little town with everything you could want especially local cheese and wine!

Nice place for summer and winter holiday!

Very big and clean house, two luxurious bathrooms, well equipped kitchen. The layout is a little bit different than other houses, bedrooms downstairs, living room and kitchen upstairs, but we liked it. Huge terrace on the other side of the small street belongs to the house and that's a perfect place to relax and drink some wines or beers at the end of the day. Sunshine till late in the evening on summer days! The house is situated in a little village in the mountains (1100 meters, 20 minutes driving from Moutiers) and the view is beautiful! But be sure you have all your groceries with you when you drive up haha. We booked the house to climb the famous cols and mountains in the area by bike. Col de la Madeleine, col de l'Iseran, la Plagne and Val Thorens are close. I can imagine, if you don't mind to drive 15 minutes by car, it is also a perfect location for wintersport. It's exactly in between Paradiski and les Trois Vallées! We had good contact with the owner Tom, he replied always fast.

Très belle location avec vues magnifiques sur la montagne. Espace détente parfait. Agencement cuisine parfait. Seul bémol, la chambre avec lit double peu confortable et petit. Très bel environnement : stations et villages typiques aux alentours pour pleins de départ de randonnée....la voiture est toujours nécessaire mais c'etait bien précisé dans l'annonce. Beau chalet complet

Beau chalet bien situé pour de la randonnée. Chalet bien rénové avec tout le confort attendu, une grande cuisine et une très belle vue. Deux salles de bains. Quelques touches décoratives anciennes lui ajoutent du charme. En été, le nombre de touristes est modéré dans cette zone. La boulangerie est loin, il m’a fallu deux heures à pieds pour y aller et revenir. En voiture c’est nettement plus rapide…. Nous recommandons ce chalet.

Arrivée difficile (logement non nettoyé et manque de linge pour les lits). Pas de réactivité de l'agence avant 21h Propriétaire très serviable et efficace bien que résidant en Angleterre. Gite atypique car sur 4 niveaux mais très agréable à vivre. Superbe pièce de séjour et cuisine avec une très belle vue sur la vallée. Lits confortables, nombre de rangements largement suffisants, salles de bain spacieuses.

Chalet chaleureux et traditionnel

C’est un chalet de charme avec des prestations adéquates. La vie y est très agréable malgré une mauvaise insonorisation avec le chalet voisin ( surtout dans les chambres mitoyennes avec ce dernier) l’équipement est haut de gamme mais il manque quelques des ustensiles de cuisine (poêles, casseroles). Ce sont des points négatifs mais qui sont très peu gênant pour le séjour malgré tout. A savoir que le ménages est compris dans le prix après avoir vider les poubelles, les draps et serviettes. Gros bémol il n’y a pas de boulangerie à moins de 10 min en voiture, il faut aller à Bozel. Sinon c’est un hameau qui offre un vrai havre de paix avec une vue magnifique.

Superbe chalet avec vue magnifique

Magnifique chalet atypique très calme avec un accès proche de Courchevel mais aussi de Champigny la Vanoise (ski possible sur la plagne) Possibilité de plusieurs départs de randonnée grande cuisine très aménagée et un grand séjour salon permettant de trouver un espace au calme en étant jusque 8 personnes. Dommage que la terrasse ne soit pas attenante au chalet .

Un chalet confortable pour des vacances réussies

La maison est accueillante, chaleureuse et confortable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié : l'immense hall d'entrée très pratique pour ranger les chaussures, blousons, skis ... , la pièce à vivre et la cuisine situés au dernier étage avec vue sur la montagne, les chambres qui sont séparées d'un demi étage et surtout déjà prêtes en arrivant puisque les draps sont fournis. A noter que les serviettes de bains et les torchons sont également fournis ainsi que les produits de nettoyage. Le village est calme et donne accès à plusieurs sentiers de randonnée à deux pas du chalet. En conclusion : tout est réuni pour un séjour agréable en famille ou entre amis !

A stunning home away from home

A beautiful property that has all the comforts of home with stunning views aplenty. Comfortable and cosy with ample space for a big family to enjoy a weeks skiing. Sofas to cuddle up on with a large table for big family meals and the biggest bath to wallow in at the end of a long days skiing.

Хочу поделиться впечатлениями о пребывании а данном шале. Были неделю в январе 2020 года. Подкупила цена, достаточно адекватная, но отсюда и минусы данного шале. Находится он на самой верхушке горы, не просто на горе, а на самой-самой верхатурине, выше только небо… Ни на каком велосипеде или тем более пешком не дойти, крутые серпантины. До Бозеля на машине 15-20 минут, в самой деревушке никаких магазинов. Хорошо что нам повезло с погодой, дорога была сухая, а вот если снег, лед, то я бы туда даже не сунулся. Сами три долины находятся на другой горе, поэтому для покатушек надо сначала спуститься со своей вершины, потом ползти по серпантинам либо в Марибель, либо в Куршавель… Дорога ни разу не заняла меньше 40 минут на машине в одну сторону, и это при том, что все было сухо, не было ни снега, ни льда. Вобщем резюме – расположение коттеджа крайне неудобное. По самому коттеджу вопросов много меньше, но они так же присутствуют. Компоновка комнат довольно забавная, снизу холл, спальни, кухня т гостиная наверху. Вся бытовая техника в наличии. Сама кухня новая, гостиная большая, много диванов, большой стол. НО… по приезду пришлось перемывать всю посуду которой пользовались, так как она вся была в грязных разводах, противень из духовки такое ощущение что вообще никогда не мыли, готовить в них что то было не реально. Мешки для мусора остались либо от прежних гостей, либо хозяин решил сэкономить, но ни на одно мусорное ведро их было не натянуть, слишком маленькие. В спальне в ящиках пыль не убиралась со времен царя гороха, это все вроде мелочи, не проблема протереть тряпочкой лишний раз и сложить свои чистые вещи… Теперь о минусах организации нашей поездки. За более чем 10 летний опыт поездок по всем альпийским курортам разных стран, с таким не сталкивался ни разу…. Хозяин дома так ни раз нас не посетил своим присутствием, ни по приезду, ни по отъезду, ни во время нашего пребывания он не появился ни разу. Даже не смогли вручить лично, как это всегда бывает, презент в виде бутылочки русской водочки. Хотя вопросы по самому дому всегда есть, как и чем пользоваться, начиная с котла с камином, заканчивая бытовой техникой. За два дня до окончания нашего пребывания на кухне закончился газ, по оставленному хозяином телефону ни на звонки, ни на смс никто не ответил, как потом оказалось он дал неверный номер… как такое вообще может быть? После нашего отьезда, прилетело грозное письмо от хозяина что мы оказались чуть ли не варварами, заблевали весь туалет, сломали е

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce très beau chalet. A l’écart, Bozel (10mn en voiture), Champagny en Vanoise (20mn) le chalet se trouve en haut du petit hameau Très spacieux, décoré avec goût, il est très confortable, cocooning. Si dans certaines locations les éléments culinaires sont réduits aux nombres de personnes, ici vous trouverez tout le nécessaire voire plus (appareils à fondue, raclette ...) ce qui est très appréciable. Les appareils électroménagers sont neufs ( grand frigo, grand four, lave vaisselle, micro onde) Le séjour, avec de grandes baies vitrées s’ouvre sur un grand balcon avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes (nous avons assisté au feu d’artifice tiré depuis Courchevel) L’entrée en bas du chalet où vous laissez chaussures, skis... est très pratique Merci à Tom très réactif pour répondre à nos questions. En bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour ...
