New independent apartment of about 60 square meters located in Taviano (on the road to the Mancaversa marina) on the second floor with an independent entrance. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has large livable outdoor spaces. It is served by two balconies. The one on the back is wider and with planters, gazebo and table allows you to spend pleasant summer evenings outdoors enjoying the beautiful panoramic view. It consists of a bedroom (with a double bed and a bunk bed), a kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi network, air conditioning, mosquito nets, pots, plates, cutlery, household linen, sheets (towels not included). The closest seaside resort is Mancaversa (4 km) characterized by a sandy beach and a smooth low cliff. Its position (on the road to the Mancaversa marina) allows you to easily reach the main tourist destinations of Salento (30 km from S. Maria di Leuca, 5 km from Gallipoli, 40 km from Lecce, 25 km from Otranto, 20 km from the "Maldives of Salento")
