In the heart of Gard Provence, in a small medieval village, the villa is located 3 km from Pont du Gard and 10 km from Uzes. Completely equipped the house is composed of a magnificent living room with large fully equipped US kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, cooking hobs, dishwasher)
four bedrooms, two with integrated shower rooms + individual bathroom, large garage for two cars and multiple outdoor parking spaces. Beautiful landscaped fenced garden with a beautiful private pool of 10m by 5m. Large covered and uncovered terrace at the front of the house. On the side, out of sight and facing the swimming pool, a large covered terrace (30 m2) with summer kitchen (small kitchen equipped with ceramic hobs, sink, fridge, dishwasher). The house is modern and located in a quiet location on the edge of the garrigue but less than a km from the old medieval village of Castillon (shops: tobacco bar, bakery, butcher, restaurants ...). Its central geographical location allows you to visit Provence, (Ardèche, Les bouches du Rhône, Vaucluse, ......) as well as historic monuments and its markets while enjoying moments of rest and pleasure around the swimming pool.

The villa is of outstanding quality, with several relaxation areas and a wonderful pool, situated in a very quiet area with lots of fabulous restaurants and sightseeing attractions around, absolutely loved it.

This was a perfect holiday. We were met in arrival to receive keys and a tour of the villa and grounds. The house is fabulous - large, comfortable open plan (well-equipped) kitchen and living room, five good sized bedrooms, two en-suite and a family bathroom. Freezer in the garage. Everything clean, tidy, faultless. Outside the grounds are immaculate, and one of the nicest pools we’ve had in France. Plenty of sun loungers and other areas to sit outside. It’s a short walk up to the old town of Castillon-du-Gard, and a longer one to Pont-du-Gard - wording but start before it gets too hot. Also well placed for visits to Nîmes, Arles, Avignon and others, which we took advantage of. Wonderful - very highly recommended.

Sejour dans le gard

Maison spacieuse, cuisine tres fonctionnelle, tres belle piscine, pool house agréable, vous ne vivez que dehors et c est tres ageable, vous etes a 10min du pont du gard, à 1h de la plage comme le grau du roi, il y a le gardon pour se baigner a 20min, le marche uzes est tres sympa 25 min environ....Le petit bemol le congelo dans le garage a l autre bout du pool house pas pratique du tout.... sinon sejour tres agréable malgré la canicule, grâce a cette magnifique piscine.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La maison est bien agencée et nous n'avons manqué de rien. Elle offre toutes les commodités et un agréable jardin. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine, celle-ci n'étant pas encore mise à disposition des locataires à cette époque-ci. Le quartier est calme, mais la propriété est proche des grands axes. C'est idéal pour visiter le Pont du Gard, Orange, Arles, Nimes, Avignon, Aigues-Mortes, et bien d'autres endroits magnifiques également.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est très très agréable et parfaitement équipée. Elle est très bien située entre Avignon et Uzès et se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Nous y retournerons volontiers.

Prachtig huis

Prachtig huis met mooi vrij groot zwembad. Meerdere terrassen in zon schaduw en overdekt. Grote mooie tuin., volledig omheind met draad en prachtige planten en struiken. Rustige ligging aan einde van een weg die overgaat in onverharde weg. Wij waren met 6 personen. Het enige nadeel was dat er maar 2 toiletten waren en beiden gesitueerd op een badkamer. Dit is echter persoonlijk.

Sehr entspannt. Das Haus war sehr schön, geräumig, modern u sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war herrlich. Sehr großer Garten, schöner Außenberrich mit Liegen und mit 2. Küche. Alles sehr gepflegt. Haus liegt am Rande eines Dorfes. Bäcker im Dorf. Die Lage war ideal f Ausflüge. Mit dem Rad 15 min zum Pont du Gard. Supermarkt nicht weit. Haus geht auch gut f 2 Familien. Wir haben hier 2 schöne Wochen verbracht. Jederzeit wieder👍👍👍Merci Jederzeit wieder

Excellent séjour dans la villa avec piscine

Avec la météo idéale, nous avons passé tout notre temps sur la terrasse extérieure, équipée d'une cuisine, près de la piscine. Vraiment super pour l'été. La localisation est ok si on a une voiture. Je recommande la maison qui est très bien équipée pour 6 à 8 personnes.

Une maison super

La maison est grande. La cuisine énorme, avec énormément de vaisselle et de d'ustensiles, ce qui est super pour la cuisine. Manger dehors est super agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses. 2 douches à l'italienne. Top. Et nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la piscine car c'était fin octobre. Maison super bien située. Près d'Uzes, Pont du Gard, Nimes, ... Nous recommendons chaudement.

Une belle semaine de vacances

Nous avons aimé la cuisine extérieure en particulier avec frigo et lave-vaisselle. Nous avons pu prendre tous nos repas à l'extérieur. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, toute la maison est très bien équipée, l'accueil était très chaleureux.

Das Ferienhaus war wunderschön. Die Einteilung war großzügig. Die Räume sind stilvoll eingerichtet und insgesamt sehr sauber. Eine große Küche für den Aufenthalt mit zwei Familien ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich lädt zu gemeinsamem Verweilen ein. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und sauber. Es war rundum ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

koele woning met zwembad

Praktisch ingerichte woning in een zeer rustige buurt, vlakbij het dorp. Ook centraal gelegen om de ruimere buurt te ontdekken. Groot en aangenaam zwembad, alsook ruim en koel overdekt buitenterras. Een boom in de tuin zou het compleet maken (extra schaduw).

Superbe séjour dans une belle région, une superbe maison et une pool house de qualité !

Maison décorée avec goût et très fonctionnelle. Superbe pool house avec très belle piscine et jardin très bien entretenu tout comme plusieurs salons extérieurs paisibles et bien équipés. Plusieurs visites dans les environs (Pont du Gard, Avignon, Uzes…). A recommander !
