It is a spacious and comfortable house with lots of light and enviable views of the countryside, the mountains and the city of Ávila. It is located 5 kilometers from Avila by the N-110 at kilometer 260, take the detour to the town of La Colilla and the house is the highest part to the North on Calle Cerrillo Alto, 19.

Lovely country setting, charming house.

Our large family enjoyed the many bedrooms, bathrooms 2 kitchens and swimming pool. We drove to Segovia one day, and explored Ávila the second day. Great location!

Great spot for 10 British cyclists

A group of nine of us spent two nights at Casa Rural after a 600km ride from Porto. It was a great place to relax and rewind, with a lovely pop, view, garden, jacuzzi, washing machine etc. We booked both apartments, but the upstairs dining room was big enough for all of us. Although we had to use Google translate a bit, Juan Carlos was a lovely host, really helpful in sorting out taxis for us and sending home some stuff we left behind (thanks!).

Juan Carlos súper atento y pendiente en todo momento. La casa está fenomenal y tenía de todo. Hemos podido aprovechar la piscina porque a pesar del frío salía el sol. La casa está a un paso de Ávila y también en el pueblo de puede hacer senderismo

Mi experiencia ha sido buena, un trato perfecto de Juan Carlos y sus familiares. Nos han hecho la instancia muy agradable, todo lo que les pedimos lo hicieron y no nos falto nada. Si tuviera que resaltar algo negativo, seria el tema de la limpieza, pero nada fuera del otro mundo. Por lo demás todo perfecto. Repetiremos seguro.

Finde estupendo!

La casa está genial. Muy amplia, con la piscina cubierta, barbacoa y jardín. Nos alojamos 9 adultos y 2 niños y estuvimos muy a gusto, con 5 baños, dos salones, cocinas. Todo como se anuncia. Recomiendo ésta casa rural para disfrutar de un finde en amigos. Al lado de Ávila. El propietario Juan Carlos una persona atenta y correcta.

La casa es muy grande y el terreno de la piscina está muy bien. La estancia muy agradable, pero encontramos la casa un poco sucia, la cocina, cubiertos... Lo pasamos bien pero mejoraríamos la limpieza.

Bien en general. La limpieza al llegar a la casa según esta todo con el covid19 nos toco repasar baños y alguna Estancia pero muy poco. Las camas de 10 colchones geniales. Pena que por el covid19 el jacuzzi no lo puedan tener en marcha. Por lo demás todo muy bien, buen trato con el propietario, buena zona, etc. Gracias.

Buen fin de semana

Hemos estado 10 amigos en La Colilla pasando el fin de semana. La verdad que todo ha ido rodado. El dueño de la casa un encanto, con una disponibilidad total a la hora de resolver dudas e incluso pasarse por la casa si fuese necesario. La casa contaba con todas las comodidades para que las 10 personas estuvieran a gusto. El pueblo unos vecinos muy agradables que, la verdad, no tuvieron ningún problema (al fin y al cabo 10 personas hacemos ruido a ciertas horas que generalmente son de descanso). En resumen, esta casa cuenta con lo necesario para pasar un buen fin de semana a 10 minutos de Ávila.

Fin de semana espectacular

La casa es espectacular, si no fuera por el número de camas, que es lo que la "limita" a 13 personas, se podrían meter 50 de lo grande que es. El jacuzzi genial por la noche pero lo que de verdad es increíble es la parte de atrás con el jardín y la piscina, de lujo. El trato del dueño lo mismo, super atento en todo momento. Una casa llena de detalles para pasar un fin de semana de 10. Sin duda, volveremos!!!

Casa que podría estar mucho mejor

Estuvimos en la casa hace unas semanas, y por dentro está bien, decorada muy rústica, con duchas de hidromasaje,, Nájera bañera grande, camas cómodas..el problema es que le falta mantenimiento, porque las duchas o no echan chorros o.Los echan cada uno para un lado, la wifi no conseguimos que funcionase con la contraseña que aparecía en el router, el jacuzzi está muy chulo, pero el espacio en el que está creo que no es el apropiado pues son paredes de cemento quite estén llenas de moho debido a la humedad y no se aguanta mucho rural allí, pues estás respirandolo. La zona de fuera, está a medio acabar, con muchos trastos, la hierba muy salvaje, todo muy descuidado. Si estuviera terminado, más cuidado y con más mantenimiento, estaría muy bien, pues el entorno es muy bonito y está a diez minutos de Ávila, que para visitarla está genial! Respecto a la limpieza, deja mucho que desear, no se si no dio tiempo a limpiar, o que la señora que limpia no hace bien su trabajo, pero la casa estaba con restos de los antiguos inquilinos. En el suelo de la cocina te quedabas pegado. Wn los tres baños, en los wc "sello" en todos, no habían pasado ni ksa rscobilla, encontramos unos calcetines sucios debajo de una cama. Y la zona de fuera descuidada totalmente, las tumbonas llenas de churretes igual que el suelo del cenador, y la mesa con restos de comida...no sé si esto habrá sido algo puntual o es habitual, pero es lo que nosotros nos encontramos. En resumen, una casa que podría estar muy bien con más limpieza y mantenimiento.

Gran finde!

Estuvimos el fin de semana pasado tres parejas con niños y lo pasamos genial. A la casa no le falta detalle. Es tranquila, muy limpia y espaciosa y lo mejor... Juan Carlos, el propietario que nos dió todas las facilidades y nos trató fenomenal. Gracias por todo, volveremos!
