Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity including the GR 22 at mansion Courboyer Noce (61340) 2 km, as well as forests, lakes, recreation center, many opportunities for horse riding & hiking ....
Separate entrance, terrace and private garden with barbecue without screw-screw, self shelter in closed property.

A Week in Le Perche

A lovely week in a very comfortable and enjoyable Gite. Everything as advertised. The terrace was great for sitting eating and just enjoying the views. Well positioned for exploring the region. Sophie was very helpful and charming.

Très agréable

Un gîte très bien situé, entre Bellême et Nogent qui permet de découvrir le Perche facilement. Le cadre est splendide, verdoyant, apaisant. Le gîte, sur deux niveaux, est très bien équipé. La terrasse permet de profiter de la campagne, des oiseaux, du passage des biches, la vue est ressourçante. Les proprietaires sont très accueillantes, à la fois discrètes et disponibles. C'est une adresse que je garde pour un prochain séjour et que je recommande.

Lovely quiet week

My partner and I had a lovely quiet week here, which was just what we both needed . We were welcomed by Sophie who was very helpful and showed us around and gave us some ideas for trips during our stay. The gite was compact and well equipped with a lovely bathroom and a tranquil, sunny and beautifully maintained garden. We had a wonderful time and would thoroughly reccomend this accommodation to others. Thank you to Sophie, Fabienne and Andre for making us so welcome.

Très beau gîtes

Très beau gîtes, Fabienne et Sophie sont très sympathique et de très bons conseils, elles sont toujours disponible, le gîtes est très bien agencé, la salle de bain est très grande et l'espace supérieure plus spacieux qu'il n'y parait sur les photos.

Un nid calme dans la verdure

Accueil très agréable et discret. Logement coquet, très propre (draps et serviettes fournis). Environnement : la campagne perchoise ! de quoi se promener dans les chemins creux du perche, visiter manoirs et vieux villages ! et aussi de quoi déguster fromages, miels, saucissons. Nous voulions nous reposer et nous détendre. Ce fut totalement réussi.

Séjour agréable , dans un paysage verdoyant , calme et typique du Perche . Maison confortable pour un couple , voire avec un enfant . Couchage confortable , salle de bain très agréable , coin repas tout ce qu'i faut , extérieur très coquets (certainement très profitable en été , occupé fin octobre ) . Propriétaire discrète , mais disponible , à 20 mns de Mortagne avec ses commerces et curiosités , nombreuses vieilles demeures . JE RECOMMANDE cette location

Nous avons passé un séjour au calme dans un contexte agréable avec vue sur un jardin et la campagne .Accès internet très appréciable. Duplex au calme dans une région splendide

Duplex joliment aménagé et bien équipé. Idéal pour un couple. Splendide salle de bain superbement équipé (baignoire et douche à l'italienne). Location propre et bien entretenue. La propriétaire est simple, agréable et de bons conseils. A recommander pour sa tranquillité dans une magnifique région vallonnée et verdoyante : champs, pâtures, cultures et forêts. LE PERCHE nous a conquis.. Pour ceux qui aiment les chevaux et notamment les percherons, c'est le bonheur assuré. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute

Nous avons été charmés par ce gîte conforme aux photos proposées. Conçu avec beaucoup de goût , sa propreté est irréprochable et il n'y manque rien . La propriétaire est charmante et a su nous conseiller sur nos visites . L'environnement est très calme , idéal pour se mettre au vert ! Nous conservons cette adresse pour un prochain séjour .
