STUDIO apartment with in addition closed veranda for 3 people, crossing with garden. Fully equipped with living room (1 double sofa bed and 1 single bed), kitchen and bathroom.
8 m2 veranda with sofa (BZ) if prompted occasionally, with sliding glass window overlooking the garden.

Lovely little property

We had a lovely time staying here in Sainte Maxime. Communication with Mr Huet was great and checking in was simple. The apartment is comfortable and a good size (bigger than expected!) and has most things that you need. You do need to bring your own towels and sheets, but that was easy enough for us as there were only 2 of us staying. The location was peaceful, but very close to the beach and town. I would definitely come back. :)

Bonjour Madame Magana, Vos remarques me paraissent exagérées. Il n'y a pas d'humidité dans L'appartement. J'y ai séjourné une semaine avant votre arrivée. Quant au jardin , il y a un grillage au bout du jardin et je ne vois pas en quoi cela est dangereux. Cordialement. Philippe Huet

Outre la gentillesse et l'écoute des hôtes, il faut souligner le calme de l'emplacement et la superbe vue de la grande terrasse. Le village de Ginasservis dispose de toutes les commodités, et le restaurant à proximité, la bergerie provençale (on s'y rend à pied), mérite une visite gustative (l'accueil est vraiment cool). Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 nuitées dans ce studio moderne, propre et très bien équipé. Idéal pour un couple avec possiblement une troisième personne. N'oublions pas les superbes basses gorges du Verdon à quelques encablures...Amitiés, à un de ces jours...Catherine, Laurent, Fanny...

Sainte Maxime

Wir hatten sehr schönes Wetter, top Klima. Die Umgebung von Mittelmeer und Bergen ist ein Traum. Schade, dass es von der Unterkunft keinen direkten Blick auf das Meer gibt. Man ist auf das Auto angewiesen. Ansonsten war es ein sehr ruhiger Aufenthalt in der Wohnanlage. Der Pool ist schnell erreicht. Überrascht wurden wir in der dortigen Waldzuwegung von 4 Wildschweinen. Wir werden diesen Urlaub wiederholen!!!

Logement conforme à l’annonce. Environnement calme. Piscine de la résidence agréable. Suggestion: ajouter une lumière extérieure. Grosse déception cependant: il y avait des fourmis dans la cuisine sur le plan de travail, dans la vaisselle, sur les murs et la table du salon. j’ai été obligée de tout nettoyer matins et soirs tout au long du séjour. Et de jeter de la nourriture envahie par les fourmis. La réponse du propriétaire et de la gérante est que cela est normal en été avec la chaleur… déçue de cette communication.

Dommage que le logement ne soit pas propre à notre arrivé. Et pas conforme à la description. Je dirais plus un salon avec canapé lit et un lit et une véranda avec canapé lit. Très bonne accueil avec la personne pour nous remettre les clés et très bon contact avec le propriétaire très gentil. Mais le ménage n’était pas fait à notre arrivé. Logement sale. Salle de bain avec des traces noires sur toilette et dans la baignoire, pièce principale pleine de poussière … Et on nous demande de faire le ménage en partant … je l’ai fait car il en avait besoin. Je ne reviendrai pas mais sympa comme dernière minute.

Merveilleux endroit !

Merci pour ce super séjour dans votre appartement ! Appartement bien situé sur les hauteurs avec une belle vue, à 5min en voiture de la plage, piscine extra et terrains de tennis. Domaine calme, un havre de paix avec le jardin arboré dans lequel nous avons pris tous nos repas. L'appartement est très bien équipé, c'est agréable de trouver tout ce qu'il faut lorsqu'on arrive en vacances (liquide vaisselle, pastilles lave vaisselle, sel, poivre...). Merci je pense que nous reviendrons l'an prochain ! Cordialement. Tissame

Un séjour ressourçant

C’est un endroit calme avec une belle vue dans les hauts de sainte maxime proche piscine à pied et centre + plages en voiture c’est le seul bémol que je mettrais c’est le fait de devoir prendre la voiture à chaque fois pour voir la mer et la ville sinon un appartement fonctionnel et avec ce qu’il faut merci au propriétaire et à la gérante pour leur communication claire et rapide je suis ravie et la famille aussi je recommande ce petit lieu de paradis encore merci
