We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do. It is a 1929 Craftsman Bungalow with hardwood floors throughout the downstairs and cool architectural details like archways in the dining room and built-ins in many rooms for plenty of storage. The downstairs is 1400 square feet and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (the second bathroom has a bathtub only, no shower). The upstairs in-law suite is 400 square feet, has its own bathroom with shower, a kitchen, and full-sized bed. It is a converted attic with typical slanted walls so it is cozy. The upstairs is accessed from an outside staircase only. There is no inside access to the upstairs, allowing for additional privacy.
In addition to the two bedrooms, the downstairs has a comfortable living room, dining room, kitchen, and family/tv room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including a gas stove and dishwasher. There is cable tv, wifi, and washer and dryer for your use. The house has central heat and air. There is also a couch that converts to a double bed in the family room that can provide additional sleeping space. The living room has games and books for your enjoyment. There are also tennis rackets and balls and a tennis court just three blocks from the house at the entrance to Shelby Park.

" a nice neighborhood with wide streets & sidewalks, but close to everything that Nashville has to offer. There were several restaurants & coffeeshops (try the Post!) within an easy walk & a great park is just a few blocks away. The road goes straight into downtown, so you can go exploring without getting on the highway. Best tip was to park (for free) on the east side of the pedestrian bridge and walk over it into downtown.
