T2 for holidays Algarve

September - 300 € (two weeks 350 €)

T 2 apartment, 5 minutes from the beach by car in free parking area. A few minutes walk to all services and local shops of the historic city center and the marina. The ferry that crosses to Spain Ayamonte is around 600 m and the train station is 400 m away.

. Studio room with AC, 1 + 1 bedrooms, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. 2 balconies. To rent without clothes. The price already includes normal gas, electricity and water costs. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, washing machine, and all necessary dishes. Balcony with charcoal grill. Baby travel bed. All questions about availability, pricing and others will be answered by email or by telephone. Pets not allowed.
Rental conditions (per week):

· Minimum rent 7 nights.
· Saturday entry after 15h.
· Departure on Saturday before 12h.
. Maximum occupancy of 4 people.
· The apartment should be left on time, clean and tidy as you will find it.
· Cleaning of the apartment is not included..
· A security deposit (in cash of € 150) may be required to be returned upon return of keys at the end of the rental and discounted for any damage or cleaning.
· Bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels are not included. If required they have an additional price of 50 € / week upon availability.
Reservations:
· A bank transfer of at least 50 € of the total rental amount must be made as a down payment.
· The reservation will only take effect after confirmation of bank transfer.
· The remaining value of the lease will be settled upon delivery of the apartment.
· Reserves the right to cancel any reservation for which payment is not made under the above conditions.
