Landscaped grounds (shared with owner). 1 small dog welcome. Private parking for 2 cars. Wheelchair access. No smoking. Please note: There is a step in the garden.. Set in the grounds of the owner’s home, this lovely, detached bungalow offers a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area with a breakfast bar and an electric fire. This property is completely self-contained with an enclosed paved patio with garden furniture and barbecue in the summer, in addition to patios at the front of the holiday Let, with area of lawn and screening. It is perfectly located for exploring the Malvern Hills and surrounding area, with an abundance of walking and cycling opportunities. The Morgan Museum and Factory Tour is within easy reach and makes for a good day out. Amenities are available in the local village of Barnards Green just ½ mile away, with an array of shops, restaurants and pub. Malvern is approximately 1 mile away and offers further amenities such as Malvern Theatres, The Royal Three Counties Showground, Malvern colleges and Malvern Splash Leisure Complex with a swimming pool, gym and café.
