Great place to stay

We had a great time at the Sea Coast Gardens. The ocean view was amazing and the unit was perfect! Very clean, the decor, furnishings, linens and everything else were of high quality. If we make it to that part of Florida again, we would definitely want to stay in this unit.

Perfect condo to stay!

The condo was great! You can walk right out to the beach and to the pool! You can watch amazing sunrises every morning! Super cute condo it had everything we needed! We would defiantly stay there again! It was close to restaurants and nice to have a parking spot assigned to the condo!

Id definitely stay again!

This unit was great! Well decorated, modern, large and airy. It had everything we needed. The overall complex is nice. The pool was a bonus. I wish it was a little closer to restaurants and shops, but it was still a quick car ride (10 min) to get to these things. Id stay again, for sure!

Enjoyable stay

The property was clean and has a beautiful ocean view. There is construction directly outside the unit which is disruptive and blocks some of the view. The kids loved the games provided in the home & the set up was perfect for myself & three children.

Beautiful property - perfect for families

We took our family to NSB for the week and were searching for a property that caters to families and had another condo available right next door. This property did not disappoint! Beautifully decorated and well maintained condo that is just steps from the pool and beach! Our family enjoyed the games puzzles and many amenities including beach chairs and beach toys that made this so easy for us to relax and just enjoy a week at the beach as a family! The kitchen was well supplied with all the things needed on make meals “at home”. Thank you for sharing this little piece of paradise with our family!

Wonderful Beach Vacation!

We loved this condo! We have stayed at multiple different rentals in Florida and this has been our favorite. The location is perfect. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The beds were also comfortable. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. They even had games and puzzles which the kids enjoyed. The view of the ocean from the living room was amazing. The pool area was nice and we also enjoyed the shuffleboard. The proximity to the beach was one of the best parts for us. The ability to walk out the patio door and be just steps from the beach was ideal for us. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful beach vacation!

The perfect place to spend the week in paradise!

Everything was perfect!! The condo had everything we needed for the perfect week in paradise! Was clean & comfortable! My ONLY feedback (very minor) is that there were only 4 beach towels for a condo that sleeps 6. We made due & had the absolute best time!!! The pools were fantastic for my 3 & 6 yr olds! Condo had the perfect umbrella and beach chairs & sand toys! The beach was beautiful & not super crowded. Highly recommend! Would absolutely book again!!! Book now, Don't hesitate!!!!

May 2019 Unit 105

Our family rented unit 105 and another unit for our family vacation. New Smyrna Beach was awesome. The unit was clean and updated. Kitchen was fully stocked with essential cooking implements. Beds were very comfortable. Closet had lots of beach toys. People were very friendly. Restaurants, shopping and souvenir shops very close by. We would recommend Aunt Catfishes and Norwood's for family dining. Visited the lighthouse and sugar mill ruins locally. Convenient drive to Orlando and St. Augustine. Would book this condo again in a heartbeat.

Great view

It was very cold and rainy so we didn’t get to spend much time on the beach but the view from the patio was great. The condo was clean and well stocked and I would definitely stay again. The only issues we had was with other guests walking back and forth in front of the patio which we were told was off limits. Also neighbors were very loud outside until midnight or later each night. But as far as the condo goes, we loved it and would like to return when it’s warmer.

A Great Vacation Spot

This was year two for us in this location. The ocean view, access, and central location of the condo on the island all combine to make it a great stay. The owner takes seriously maintaining a place you want to return to again and again. Great local places to go eat are Panheads Pizzaria, Breakers (burgers), JB's Fish Camp and Cafe Heavenly (great 3-3-3-breakfast deal). Overall, a nice stay with plenty to do, including swimming, fishing, taking walks on the beach and just relaxing. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and relaxed

This condo was done in a relaxed color scheme with all the amenities of home. We didn't cook at all but was well stocked if one wanted too. It was very clean and comfortable and I liked being on the no drive area of beach. Everyone that we made contact with was so friendly and it was a very enjoyable stay. Location was great to a small strip mall for grocery shopping and a couple of places to eat and a salon. We would stay there again!
