Ambiance chalet de luxe : l’ameublement et la décoration sont très soignés et personnalisés, avec une vue superbe. Le plus, inattendu est une très grande cuisine/salle à manger.Il est très agréable, particulièrement l’été de se trouver à distance du centre de la station.

App. confortable avec vue magnifique

Après quelques difficultés pour se garer à l'arrivée, le séjour a été très agréable dans un appartement confortable avec une vue magnifique.La navette qui dessert le village vers Valloire toutes les 1/2h est ponctuelle, c'est appréciable. Le village se situe au départ de balades en nature et plaira beaucoup aux randonneurs.

Stunning area, beautiful apartment, not as clean as hoped, thoughtful host

The area around Valloire is beautiful. We spent a long week there and you almost don't need to get out of the valley, it has everything that you need. The apartment was very nice, spacious and well-equipped. It had everything we needed. Sadly, to our experience, it wasn't as clean as we hoped. With having allergies, we may have higher than average standards. It felt a bit dusty and the kitchen counter was a litle bit sticky. We approached the host and he was very apologetic and thoughtful. End in all, we had a really nice visit and a good recommendation.

Fantastic apartment

We had a wonderful stay at Le Col. The apartment is new, spacious, and fully equipped with all amenities. We could not believe how quiet it was. The view from the large balcony was amazing and we spent much time enjoying it. We took full advantage of fully equipped kitchen: we had raclette once and baked bread in the bread maker (tip: use less yeast as it grows too much due to high altitude of the village.) We also enjoyed an occasional romantic evening with fire burning in a very classy wood burning stove. We did a number of beautiful hikes in the area. We absolutelu loved our stay at Le Col and were sad to leave.

Appartement grand confort

Nous avons passez une semaine à 3 couples dans cet appartement et avons été totalement conquis par celui-ci. Vue splendide, équipement parfait, surface très agréable contrairement à beaucoup de location de sport d'hiver, literie confortable. Nous noterons également la réactivité des propriétaires qui fût très appréciable. La navette (gratuite) toutes les demie heure depuis le hameau est également un gros point positif, pas besoin de prendre notre véhicule personnel. Possibilité de laisser son matériel de ski dans les magasins de location. Nous terminerons par la gentillesse des commerçants de cette station familiale. Très joli domaine skiable et d'autant plus apprécié quand celui-ci est ensoleillé tous les jours comme nous avons pu en avoir la chance. Valloire à très viiiite... Julie

Bel appartement bien organisé: partie nuit, partie jour, permettant dans notre cas à 2 bébés et une petite fille de vivre selon le rythme de chacun. Les propriétaires ont pensé à tout.. Le cadre est magnifique, la terrasse au soleil est spacieuse et fonctionnelle, parfaite pour une sieste au grand air.....Le wifi est excellent. .....

Really great apartment with wonderful view

Just returned from a lovely week in this beautiful apartment. The property has been tastefully modernised in a sympathetic manner; it is very well equipped and really warm. We were a family of 7 adults and found we had plenty of space, the two shower rooms and separate toilet were handy and prevented any queues in the morning. The beds were all very comfy, but feel the attic room would not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility or very young children due to difficult ladder staircase. The apartment is well situated for easy access to the main Valloire ski lift, with a free ski bus every half hour which stops about 100 meters from the door. We found the Valloire/Valmeinier ski area to be a great choice for our mixed ability ski group and despite very little snowfall since November the ski area had worked extremely hard to open as much of the resort as possible with the aid of their artificial snow making capability. On a very slight negative note, we would have found the ability to rent towels helpful, and would have welcomed the provision of tea towels and some toilet rolls on arrival; having said this though, we would most definitely return again in the future and would happily recommend to other renters. Thank you Jean for the use of your lovely home in the mountains!

Appartement très agréable, spacieux et lumineux

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille dans cet appartement. Endroit idéal pour faire découvrir la montagne aux enfants en été. Dans un hameau très calme à quelques minutes du centre seulement. La vue du balcon est vraiment magnifique. La terrasse est ensoleillée une bonne partie de la journée et l'ensoleillement dans ce hameau Le Col est optimal: on profite du soleil et de la lumière du jour bien plus longtemps que dans le centre de Valloire! L'appartement est spacieux, décoré avec goût et bien agencé: les chambres donnent toutes sur un hall bien séparé de l'espace de vie. Les lits sont confortables et les matelas, oreillers et couettes très propres. Bref, nous recommandons vivement cette location!

Un appartement tout confort

Nous avons passé une trés bonne semaine dans ce magnifique appartement. Il y a tout, electroménager complet, crèpe partie, raclette..., une multitude d'accessoires de cuisine, même le grand couteau qui coupe est là, (indispensable pour les tranches fines de saucisson !) Les matériaux utilisés pour réaliser cet appartement sont de trés bonne qualité. C'est d'un haut standing. Et en plus, la propriétaire est sympa. Il n'est pas impossible que l'on y retourne ! Je vous recommande cette location, aller y en toutes confiance. Une dernière précision, je ne connaissais pas les propriétaires avant de m'y rendre.

superbe location

nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cet appartement...1 couple, 2 adultes et 2 enfants...chacun à son espace, coin lavabo dans les 2 chambres grands lits trés intéressant... la cuisine est mieux équipée que la mienne....le coin cagibi permet un rangement aisé...le coin repas est trés agréable....crépes party...fondue... dérriére les baies vitrées du salon, une vue magnifique sur valloire, quand le soleil est présent il fait vite "trop" chaud.....!!!! la literie est trés agréable, les couettes bien chaudes.... que dire de plus????ah oui vivement l'année prochaine!!!!

Magnifique location, chaleureux, calme

Superbe séjour dans ce magnifique appartement. Nous sommes partis à 4 couples et un enfant. Nous avions un peu peur pour la place, mais l'appartement est très bien agencé et chacun a son intimité. A la fois moderne et typique savoyard, ce fut un vrai régal. Tout y est. La vue de la terrasse est magnifique et le soleil illumine le salon toute la journée par la grande baie vitrée. les Propriétaires sont disponibles et chaleureux. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, et espérons pouvoir y revenir un jour. Pierre K.

Un super Noël en famille à Valloire !

Nous avons été enchantés par la qualité des prestations de cet appartement style chalet . La disposition des volumes architecturaux , la décoration générale aux multiples détails, les chambres très pratiques (multiples points d'eau), l'originalité de la chambre mansardée pour ados , l'équipement de la cuisine ( rien, mais alors rien, ne manque!), le séjour très agréable et lumineux, la terrasse spacieuse, bien exposée avec super vue sur Valloire et bien équipée en meubles d'extérieur, en font un appartement d'exception que nous ne pouvons que recommander . Nous y avons vécu une semaine à 6 adultes + 1 enfant ; ce fût un moment de rêve pour tous ! Monique & Jacques PICARD
