3 bedrooms, 3 fireplaces, 2 kitchens, one of them dining kitchen with (breakfast bar), 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, 1 game room which has (foosball, target, ps3, cable TV, library, various games, karaoke, double sofa bed ...) 2 remaining rooms one of them with tv with vh and antenna, and the terrace with barbecue to enjoy the good weather. The house has all the necessary accessories to enjoy your stay (all the bedding, kitchen and bathroom linen, etc.
Like the modern comforts that we have adapted to the house and its architecture (Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, carbon monoxide detector, etc.).
The house has details with high qualities such as its decorative chestnut beams which gives the house its name, tiles from the Granada area, handcrafted ceramics, details and quality furniture.
The house is located in Atalbéitar a unique town within the Alpujarra, near Pitres and a 15-minute drive from the Poqueira ravine (bubión, capileira ...)
