One of the oldest house on the island, located in the heart of the village in a quiet alley with small garden. Close to several beaches and shops.
The house is calm, comfortable and warm.
Ideal capacity for 2 to 4 people.
House comprising on the ground floor with a bar fitted kitchen, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, a lounge / dining room.

Upstairs, a large bed 2 people (160x200 cm) and 2 single beds (90x190 cm), office area, bathroom (toilet and sink).

Finally a pretty garden facing south, equipped with a garden table with chairs (x6) and small barbecue.

Das Haus ist Ă€ußerlich betrachtet sehr hĂŒbsch, der kleine Vorgarten schön und die Lage sehr gut.Leider gestaltete sich unser Empfang als problematisch, weil die Verwalterin unfreundlich und unkooperativ war. Ich habe den genauen Hergang dem Vermieter geschildert, der ihr Verhalten jedoch abwiegelte. Von der Inneneinrichtung waren wir ebenfalls enttĂ€uscht, weil einiges (Geschirr und Deko) wild zusammengewĂŒrfelt ist. Insbesondere die obere Etage ist nicht ansprechend gestaltet und wirkt teilweise wie aus einem Reste-Lager (Kleiderschrank aus Plastik mit defektem Reißverschluss). Das ist schade und steht nicht im VerhĂ€ltnis zu dem hohen Preis, den man bezahlt. Auf dieser Insel wird sich jedoch immer jemand finden, der bereit ist, dies in Kauf zu nehmen, denn ansonsten ist der Ort zwar in der Hochsaison ĂŒberfĂŒllt; wenn er sich leert, nimmt man jedoch die Schönheit der Gegend wahr.

Pas de voyage, suite Ă  un accident. Et Abritel ne veut pas nous fournir de facture avec l’intĂ©gralitĂ© de la somme payĂ©e pour que nous puissions essayer de nous faire rembourser via d’autres assurances. Or sans facture, impossibilitĂ© de remboursement. Et c’est bien Abritel qui a encaissĂ© la totalitĂ© de notre rĂ©servation ( loyer, mĂ©nage, taxes
) Cependant l’endroit et le logement semblaient superbes.

Super schönes Haus fĂŒr 2 Personen

Das Haus liegt mitten im Ort und alle Restaurants und GeschĂ€fte sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Auch die StrĂ€nde sind in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Fahrrad ist sehr sinnvoll. Es gibt allerdings 2 Probleme: Der niedrige TĂŒrstock mit weniger als 1,7m Höhe und der Nachbar, der von frĂŒh morgens bis spĂ€t abends seinen Fernseher deutlich vernehmbar laufen lĂ€sst

Ein kleines Paradies

Wunderbares bretonisches Feldsteinhaus mit Charme, nur 1 Min. vom Markt entfernt und dennoch komplett ruhig und optimal in der Inselmitte gelegen. Nette Restaurants im Umkreis. Kleiner Garten mit Rosen und Hortensien als „zweites Wohnzimmer“. Die Île-aux-Moines ist ein magischer Ort. Wir haben uns zwei Wochen lang sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Nous sommes trÚs satisfaits de notre séjour dans cette jolie petite maison de l'ßle aux moines. La maison est située dans une toute petite rue piétonne donc trÚs calme. Elle est proche des commerces et des restaurants et elle est facile d'accÚs à partir du port. Elle est bien équipée et nous avons pu profiter du petit jardin bien exposé . Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis à notre arrivée. Nos vacances à Izenah ont été pleinement réussies.

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite comme chez nous dans cette petite maison bleue. Idéalement placée, dans une petite rue au calme mais proche de toutes les commodités (resto, boulangerie, marché, supérette). Un grand merci à Victor pour tous ses bons conseils avant le départ. Je recommande vivement ce lieu enchanteur.

C'est une charmante maison bien située, trÚs agréable à vivre, bien entretenue. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis et trÚs bien conseillés pour profiter pleinement de l'ßle. A ne pas louper le marché avec ces produits locaux et la visite chez l'ostréiculteur... Il y a de trÚs belles balades à faire sur les chemins cÎtiers. TrÚs bien. Idéal pour se reposer

Petite maison simple mais charmante. Propre et fraĂźche lorsqu'il fait chaud. On peut bien dormir car c'est trĂšs calme. Elle est trĂšs bien situĂ©e, au coeur du bourg, proche des commerces, cafĂ©s et restaurants et pratique pour "faire le marchĂ©" qui se tient plusieurs fois par semaine dans la place Ă  10 mĂštres du portail. J'ai beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© les chemins cĂŽtiers pour faire le tour complet de l'Ăźle Ă  pied. Il y a aussi de petites plages et coins Ă  dĂ©couvrir pour s'isoler: j'adore lire au soleil. Ne ratez pas les couchers de soleil depuis l'embarcadĂšre ! C'est en endroit trĂšs vert et fleuri idĂ©al pour se reposer et ĂȘtre en contact avec la nature. J'ai Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien accueillie avec toutes les informations pour bien profiter de mon sĂ©jour. N'hĂ©sitez pas, ça vaut la peine. Je reviendrai.

Tous les critÚres pour un séjour réussi

Maison confortable et pleine de charme. Elle est idéalement située, à deux pas du bourg tout en étant dans une ruelle trÚs calme, et à proximité de plusieurs plages. Je recommanderai sans aucune réserve cette location à un ami.
