The apartment is about 60 square meters and overlooks a splendid terrace overlooking the sea
Its privileged position on a small hill overlooking the sea and the whole coast to the south, allows you to enjoy a spectacular panoramic view and benefit from the sea breeze; but from the garden you can also enjoy the beautiful view of the adjacent high hills which in Calabria degrade directly towards the sea. The villa is located in a small park consisting of 12 units with common green spaces. In the villa, surrounded by a private garden of about 800m, there are 3 apartments in total, each of which has a portion of a private garden / terrace equipped for outdoor dining and with a private outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Inside the garden of the villa there is a beautiful private panoramic swimming pool that can be used by guests from Monday to Friday (open only in the summer months)


The apartment consists of two rooms with independent entrance from the large panoramic terrace. On the living room with kitchenette, separate laundry / storage area, ceiling fan, double sofa bed and full bathroom; the large French window overlooks the terrace equipped with table, chairs and umbrellas and armchairs for enjoying outdoor dining. A hallway divides the bedroom with double bed, wardrobe ceiling fan and also overlooks the terrace. A comfortable outdoor shower with hot and cold water allows you to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation.

Delusione alloggio

La delusione è stato all'arrivo, rispetto all'annuncio online compreso foto dove non si capisce l'ubicazione, è stata la posizione dell'alloggio. Da quello che è stato detto e visto dalle foto l'alloggio doveva essere a piano terra, invece al nostro arrivo dopo averci mostrato il bellissimo giardino con piscina ci hanno portato giù per la rampa (quella che sarebbe per andare in garage) dove è stato fatto un miniappartamento con tutti i servizi, il primo impatto molto angosciante è stato il cancello di ingresso, sembrava di entrare in una cantina, all'interno un fortissimo odore di muffa, buio per mancanza di finestre che danno all'esterno ma 2 serramenti da cantina in alto e chiuse a chiave che danno all'interno dei tombini del piano terra dell'appartamento dove ci vive la proprietaria. Non abbiamo usato nessun armadio per il forte odore di muffa, come anche nei mobili della cucina. Perciò la grande delusione è presa in giro è stato quello di aspettarci un locale a piano terra a livello giardino e non sotto la casa (EX GARAGE).

Traumhafter Ausblick in einer tollen Unterkunft

Wir waren Ende Mai hier bei Paola zu Gast, ein perfekter Zeitpunkt, da noch keine Touristen da sind, man Strand und Städtchen für sich alleine entdecken kann und das Wetter zwar schön warm (wir waren jeden Tag am Strand), aber noch nicht zu heiss ist. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und sehr sauber, hat einen traumhaften Ausblick aufs Meer und die Gastgeber sind super nett, wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen! Optimal für Freunde und Familien, da es hier gleich zwei Wohnungen gibt! Bei uns kam, weil es so schön war, spontan noch Besuch dazu und hat die zweite Ferienwohnung bezogen!

Villa stupenda, location mozzafiato!

Siamo tornati solo ieri a casa dopo un soggiorno di 14gg in questa splendida villa con vista panoramica mozzafiato e già tutto questo ci manca. La villa è come viene descritta e rispecchia completamente quello che viene mostrato nelle foto; forse ,a dire il vero, non le rendono giustizia, ma sarebbe impossibile mostrare ogni angolo della villa ed ogni scorcio che essa offre. E' ideale per una vacanza rilassante in un ambiente di livello. Il giardino affascina per la cura con cui è mantenuto e la piscina, inserita in questo contesto, rende le giornate trascorse in villa un qualcosa di unico. Quando il sole si immerge nel mare l'atmosfera è spettacolare; basterebbero solo questi istanti per motivare la scelta di questa "Villa Vacanza". Una esperienza rilassante e piacevole nella sua totalità. Siamo stati felicissimi di avervi soggiornato e di aver goduto di tutto quello che ci è stato messo a disposizione dalla Sig.ra Paola, persona gentilissima, disponibilissima e cortese. Ci auguriamo di poterci rivedere per poter passare un'altra bellissima vacanza in terra Calabra. Grazie davvero di tutto.

Struttura incantevole, giardino curatissimo.

Ho avuto modo di soggiornare in uno degli appartamenti di questa bellissima villa con altri due amici lo scorso luglio e ci siamo trovati benissimo.Ottima posizione vicinissimo al Lido Baia D'oro. Appartamento pulito, ben arredato e accogliente. Cordialita’ da parte di tutta la famiglia che non ci ha fatto mancare nulla mettendoci a disposizione tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Lo splendido panorama ha fatto da cornice a tutta questa rilassante vacanza. Abbiamo cosi gradito l’uso della piscina e del grande giardino attrezzato che abbiamo sempre scelto di rimanere in villa per trascorrere le nostre giornate. Sicuramente un' esperienza molto positiva, da ripetere se ci sarà la possibilità.

Beautiful villa and a lovely trustworthy owner

This Villa is as good as the photo's make it look and we enjoyed a very nice stay in Diamante at the time of the annual Chilli festival. The villa is tucked up a hill and as we were arriving after dark, Paula the owner offered to meet us just outside Diamante to take us to the accommodation personally (a nice touch). The facilities at the villa are very good, the kitchen is well equipped, toilet & shower very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. The best thing about the villa is that it comes with use of the pool and at the time we went there was no-one else in the Villa so we had it all to ourselves for a wonderful four days. Paula arranged for us to have a cot and a high chair for our one yr old and she couldn't do enough to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The only slight negative is that the villa is situated 1km up a hill and whilst the walk from the town isn't that far, the walk up the hill is quite challenging as it's quite a steep hill. As long as you hire a car for your trip it's not a problem. For the amount charged for our stay this place is very good indeed and we would happily recommend it to any Brits wanting to see real Italy as the Italians enjoy it.

splendido soggiorno in terra calabra

Scrivo soltanto ora la mia recensione poichè ho una grande nostalgia dei giorni bellissimi trascorsi nella villa oramai quasi un anno fa. E' corretto dare merito e portare la propria testimonianza quando si trascorrono dei giorni bellissimi in un posto che, troppe volte viene giudicato con sufficienza o non è sufficientemente valorizzato. La posizione in cui sorge la villa è bellissima, e le foto non le rendono merito, già l'arrivo è spettacolare, io sono arrivata quasi al tramonto e vedere questo specchio di mare, il paesino ai tuoi piedi ed in lontanaza il golfo con il sole che lentamente scende a mare è spettacolare!!!! poi si arriva alla villa con un bel giardino pieno di fiori che si affaccia verso sud....immaginate panorama fantastico...ne godevo i benefici dopo una giornata di mare, doccia all'aperto, bibita da sorseggiare sul terrazzo....sgranocchiando qualche prelibatezza calabrese...relax totale. Passiamo ora alla casa, carinissima pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario non manca nulla, non solo ma si nota la cura dei particolari, gli abbinamenti dei colori, tutto contribuisce a creare quella atmosfera di vacanza che si cerca anche nei soggiorni brevi. La spiaggia ai piedi della strada è di sabbia dorata è sicuramente una delle più belle della costa diversa dalle altre. Il paesino di Diamante offre un buon assortimento di ristoranti ma raccomando in particolare i fantastici gelati da gustare al pomeriggio. Soprattutto consiglio le escursioni nei paesini all’interno che conservano lo spirito più genuino della regione….anche nel cibo. Non dimenticate di fare almeno una escursione nelle montagne calabresi vi sorprenderanno. Grazie ancora alla proprietaria per averci fatto conoscere questo posto veramente bello

"The apartment was new and clean, set in a new housing complex on a hill in the outskirts of Diamante. There was a pleasant garden to relax in, and the view over the sea and mountains was great. A wonderful and mostly deserted beach was down the hill, maybe a 10 minutes walk from the house. The owner was very friendly and helpful, she really gave us a taste of calabrian hospitality."

"L''appartamento è davvero bello, inserito in un contesto molto signorile di villette tutte della stessa tipologia e circondate da un verde molto ben curato.Le dotazioni consentono un soggiorno a cui non manca davvero nulla.I proprietari poi sono di una estrema cortesia, disponibilità ed educazione. Forse gli unici aspetti negativi sono da individuare nella immediata vicinanza di un club vacanze a volte un pò troppo rumoroso e nella camera da letto matrimoniale inserita in mansarda che, nei momenti di grande caldo, non è proprio l''ideale. Il giudizio globale è comunque estremamente positivo"

"This appartment is nicel...

"This appartment is nicely furnished and very comfortable. Well equiped kitchen (all you need for cooking is provided) and terrace with the gorgeous view on the sea make the stay very pleasant. Beaches around are really nice and our kids enjoyed also the swimming pool which is just a round. We enjoyed out stay there, Paola was very friendly and helpful (thank you Paola!). The only small drawback - the hotel next door which made evenings a bit noisy but we will definitely come back."
