Exclusivo apartamento con piscina.

Un encantador apartamento ubicado en una maravillosa ubicación en la ladera, con vista al mar y las islas Hvar y Brac, a solo 300 metros de la playa de Businci. Es un elegante y lujoso apartamento equipado con una piscina en la que puede sumergirse directamente desde el apartamento. Cocina equipada, aire acondicionado y amplio salón privado con terraza junto a la piscina con mobiliario adaptable.

No es necesario un automóvil, ya que todas las actividades de vacaciones y restaurantes están a poca distancia. Hay una línea de barco regular al casco antiguo de Trogir cada 20 minutos durante todo el día hasta la medianoche, lo que significa que puede ir a Trogir en cualquier momento que desee. Las unidades tardan 10 minutos. También hay una línea de autobús regular. Desde Trogir hay otra línea de barco que va a Split (ciudad principal de esta región) y desde allí puede tomar un ferry a las islas Hvar o Brac o Solta para una excursión de un día. Por lo tanto, puede ver tantos destinos más populares en Croacia con el transporte público y sin demasiado esfuerzo. Eso es lo que hace que esta ubicación sea única. Cerca de todo y todavía una isla donde puedes encontrar tu pequeña bahía donde estarás solo incluso en temporada alta.

Nice apartment, ideal for 2 people, situated in quiet residential area (for September, may be busier in height of season). Good sized bedroom with comfy bed and bathroom with hand held hose over large bath. Large open plan area with an additional double bed. Not much privacy with this bed area so might not suit everyone depending on who is in your party. Compact kitchen area - has most things you would need. Not much space if you were cooking for larger group. Cooker has 2 electric rings and an oven. Terrace area was clean with loungers, table and chairs as well as direct access to the pool. We were lucky when we were there as no-one else was staying in either of the other apartments so we had the pool to ourselves. The sun was only on our terrace from around 8.30/9am to about 12.30/1pm. Plenty of beach space down in the town. A small supermarket for essentials, is just round the corner with a larger one a 5/10 minute walk away. There is a steep hill to/from town centre but the walk from the apartment is broken up with some flatter ground. Total time to walk is about 15/20 minutes.The hosts are very friendly and helpful - they were able to pick us up and drop us off at the airport (cheaper than a taxi) and Josip came back to the airport with my husband's phone which he'd left in the back of the car. Their response time to any queries is very quick.Plenty of bars and restaurants along the front; frequent water taxis to Trogir if want a change of scene.

Die Wohnung ist das Geld nicht Wert!

Wir sind 2 Erw. und 2 Erw. Kinder (m,w) für 300€ pro Nacht angereist. Entsprechend haben wir Erwartungen gehabt. Die Wohnung hat aber nur 1 Schlafzimmer und Wohnküche. Angegeben sind aber 2 Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer und Küche. Eigentümer konnte es nicht erklären, FeWo wäre schuld. Es gibt gibt keine Grillmöglichkeit und kein Licht auf der Terrasse. Begründung: die Gäste wollen Romantik. Der Pool wird auch nicht beleuchtet, trotz vorh. Leuchten. Begründung: sonst gehen die Gäste abends in den Pool. Es gibt nur einen 40cm Schrank für die Kleidung, sonst steht ein Kleiderwagen im Flur. Kein Spiegel. Im Bad Beleuchtung kaputt. Einige Steckdosen ohne Funktion. Am Herd gehen nur 2 Kochfelder. Kaffeemaschine mussten wir erstmal vom festgeklebten Fett befreien. Toaster wurde auf Nachfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. Ansonsten war auch in der ganzen Wohnung nicht sauber. Das Sofa, auf dem unser erw. Sohn schlafen musste, weil ja kein anderes Bett und Zimmer ja da waren, war durchgebrochen, das war dem Vermieter nicht bekannt. Er sollte ein „Klappsofa“ nehmen, auf dem Vlt ein Kind platz hat, aber kein Mann. Wir haben keinen Nachlass bekommen. Der Vermieter hat uns geduldig angehört, aber er könne nichts daran ändern und stören tue ihn auch nichts, man könne ja drüber hinwegsehen. Es wäre doch egal, wie die Wohnung ist, man ist ja im Urlaub. Wir hätten die Wohnung nicht beziehen müssen, so der Eigentümer…

Perfect place to relax

Lovely owners, very generous and accommodating to all our requests. Only 5 mins to some beautiful beaches and little coves. Simply a great holiday. Great restaurants within easy walking distance.

Excellent pool and seaview,dont have to rent a car

It was one of the best holidays we have had recently.Villa is situated in quiet area in dead end street with no traffic but close to restaurants,supermarkets and beach.It was good for us to be able to go in the market in the morning to buy something for breakfast without even using a shoes.Beach is near too and it is very nice beach with some parts where trees are covering area and you can have some shade.It was good to find such a space to read a book and watch kids in the sea. Owner picked us from airport and returned us back at the end of our holidays and all worked good.We did not have to rent a car so we saved a lot of money on it as renting a car in Croatia is not so cheap as we expected.We spent that money in local restaurants instead.There are many of them around so you can explore which one is best for you. Pool is maybe a best part of it because we have had a huge terrasse by the pool where we spent most of the time.Pool is very good size and it is never overcrowded so most of the time we were there alone.Kids even found a new friends from another apartment in villa (there are 3 apartments in villa).

Professional attitude owner,easy going holidays

Professional approach of the owner was a good starting point for a excellent holidays in Croatia for our family.Our flight was delayed for a few hours and as we asked for a transfer from a owner we were very afraid that there will be noone to wait for us at the airport because of the flight arrival changes.Our kids are small,we were exausted and it was after midnight when we finally get there.But all our fears disappeared when we saw someone with our name written on paper waiting on the exit from airport building.What a relief.Owner took our luggage in a luxury SUV and explained that he checked our flight online and knew that we will be late.Drive to villa took some 20 minutes and check in was very fast because kids were already sleeping. In the morning when we woke up and saw blue sky,blue sea and swimming pool in front of us we knew that it will be great time for us.Few minutes later kids were in the pool and our holidays really started. Location of the villa was very good for our needs as we could walk anywhere without a car.Local beach was excellent, I can not remember any other place on our trips where we saw such a nice colour of the sea.And it was a cristal clear water,excellent for a snorkeling.Local restaurants are very good,food is mainly italian and people are very friendly everywhere.There are many organized tours with boats so you can visit almost any part of the Croatia from this location.We took Three islands tour,trip to National Park Plitvice and one day excursion to island Hvar and that was enough for us.Most of the time we have spent around the pool and on the beach and visiting Trogir in the evenings. Two weeks later owner came again,unfortunatly it was a time for us to leave.He even let us stay a few hours extra in apartment because he already knew when next guests are coming.Transfer was again nice and easy,he calculated well extra time for a traffic jams on the bridge and we were on the airport two hours before our flight. Next year we will choose some other destination as we always do but our holidays in Croatia were suprisingly good and we did not encounter any problems except a flight delay.We will return some day for sure.

No need for a car,good location

It was our first visit to Croatia so we did not know what to expect and how to get most from our holidays.Biggest concern was do we need a car or not.Renting a car for 14 days costs a lot,and if you do not use it too much than it is waste of money. So we have decided not to rent it in advance.We planned to come there and decide later.And we made a good decision. Villa is at walking distance to the beach,supermarkets and many restaurants,there is a boat line to old town Trogir every half of hour until midnight and even another boat line to Split.We managed to visit islands Hvar and Brac too during our stay ( frequent ferry lines from Split during all day ). Owners waited for us at the airport and drove us to villa and back.It was relaxing time for us all together.And full of sunshine.

Relaxing villa near beach

Very nice villa,close to the beach,restaurants.Owner waited for us at airport and we came in villa in about twenty minutes after we have landed.After long journey it was best thing for us. Apartment is very big and has huge bathroom and swimming pool is just a few steps from living room.Kids enjoyed that fact during all stay.As we came there in October we have had some rainy days during our stay and we used it to visit Split and big shopping malls there.It was easy to get there and not too far away.I think it is about 30 km in one way.we have also visited National Park Krka, very nice place too. Overall we can recommned this villa because of its position,situated in quiet area but close to beach and restaurants.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir waren 3 Familien mit Kindern von 6-12 Jahren in der Villa. Der Preis ist zwar nicht wenig, aber wir müssen sagen, es lohnt sich allemal. Das Haus ist sehr exclusiv ausgestattet, die Außenanlage sehr gepflegt und es fehlt einem rundum an nichts. Die ganze Buchung und Service vor, im und nach dem Urlaub war "erste Sahne". Jegliche Anfrage wurde sofort bearbeitet. Alles in allem: wir hatten einen Traumurlaub und das Villa können wir ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Super Lage,sauber und freundlich

Wir waren von Mitte September 2012 für 2 Wochen in dem sehr schönen, neuwertigen, gut ausgestatteten Villa. Die Nähe zu Trogir und Strand war angenehm. Die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und wir haben die Zeit in Kroatien sehr genossen und werden ganz sicher wieder in diesem Villa Urlaub machen. Das war ein rundum sehr schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Region, mit freundlichen Menschen, vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, mit tollen Strecken zum Fahrrad fahren, mit herrlichen Ecken am Meer und so war die Zeit eigentlich viel zu kurz - doch wir planen schon den nächsten Urlaub in diesem Villa.

Relaxing holidays in outstanding Villa Sunrise

We have rented two apartments in this lovely villa in September and had a great time here.Villa is close to beach,has quite a big and inviting swimming pool and a lot of place around it so we could easily be all together around it.There were always enough free sunbeds for our group.Our apartments were big and conformtable and very good equiped and our kids liked movie collection and WIFI internet and unfortunatly spent too much time in inside. Seaview and position of Villa are excellent. We liked local beach too,as it has a lot of pine trees around that are giving nice shade if you want to avoid sun burning.It is 5 minutes walk from Villa. Onwers are very friendly but does not live in Villa so we felt just like at home.Everything is well organized and we did not have any problems.

Villa has only three exclusive apartments,a lot of space around the pool,stuuning sea view and a great location on south side of island Ciovo.

Restaurants are situated 200 meters from villa,supermarket is 150 meters far away,beach is 300 meters far away.What does it mean to you?It means that if you come here to relax and enjoy beach and holiday activities and eating in local restaurants you do not need a car at all.You will have a chance to really feel lazy summer atmosphere on island and forget packing and unpacking stuffs,childrens,etc in and out of the car every day.And instead of renting a car you can spend that money on other things.In case you need a car for a one day excursion,no problem,Closest rent a car and rent a scooter is 200 meters far away.

International airport Split is situated 8 km from villa and we can come on it and wait for your family,drive you to villa and back.Our price for it is 12 Eur-o for up to 4 persons + driver(sometimes 5 if kids are small).Our car is big SUV.

Changeover day is strictly Saturday in high season and most of our guests are staying 14 days.It means there are no constant luggage in and luggage out situation and cleaning ladies every day.We are not that type of accommodation and we do not prefer that.

We are proud to say that although our villa is not a 5 star resort and not pretend to be we have had oportunity to host some very important and famous persons from politics and show business from Europe and Usa in our small villa seeking for anonimity and relaxation.From that reason we will not tell any names.That is what we are offering to you,relaxation and personal space for anyone.No barbeques parties,no wild parties.Night life is cca 1 km far away and easily accessible.
