Studio Ground Floor with view on the Odet River

Rizenn Moor is a charming villa facing the village of Sainte Marine. The house is one of the first properties built in Benodet in 1900. From the living room and the main bedroom, enjoy the gorgeous view of the Odet River and the yachting activity, or cross the street and have a dip in the water.

The main interest in the area is the city of Quimper with its cathedral, museums and Faience manufacture. A film festival takes place in the Benodet casino located right on the beach front every year in January. Benodet is also well known for its Thalasso centre and some ranked gastronomic restaurants in the surroundings. If you are fond of medieval stones, visit the village of Locronan.

Perfect location

Perfekte Auszeit

Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Das Haus mit Blick auf die Mündung des Odet ist wunderschön, der Ausblick unbezahlbar. Ich war mit einem Freund dort, der für einen kleinen Aufpreis ein zusätzliches Appartement auf dem Grundstück hatte. Es sind nur wenige Minuten in den Ort, wo man einen sehr guten Bäcker und einen genialen Fischhändler findet. Der Vermieter hat eine Wallbox installiert als er erfuhr dass ich mit einem E-Auto anreise..vielen Dank dafür :) Alle Fragen und Anliegen wurden sofort beantwortet. Super Urlaub! Vielen Dank!

Perfect property and location

We have holidayed in Benodet for almost 40 years in various types of accommodation but this property was, without doubt the best we have ever used. The location is absolutely stunning, the studio itself is lovely, the outside area is excellent and the facilities and equipment were perfect. We loved the secure parking for our car which apart from a trip to local super market we had no need to move during our stay. The checking in process and the access were unbeatable. We had a dream holiday and hope to be able to stay again in the near future.

Klein aber fein

Es war ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt in Benodet! Vermieterin und Empfang waren sehr nett und unheimlich hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist ein halbiertes Erdgeschoss. Alles ist quasi „halbgroß“. Die Stühle am Esstisch recht niedrig, die Schlafkammer mit Etagenbetten wirklich winzig (ich kam kaum am Bett vorbei) und auch das Bad ist sehr klein. Das Doppelbett im Wohnzimmer ist ein einfaches Metallgestell-Bett. Aber: die Lage ist toll. Es ist sehr ruhig und ich habe aufgrund der Beschreibung mit einem einfachen Standard gerechnet. Draußen kann man bei Regen leider nicht sitzen, da die Terrasse nicht überdacht ist und in die Wetteeseite nach Südwesten zeigt. Ich komme aber sehr gerne wieder, da ich sonst Camper bin und in Urlaub keine Designerwohnung brauche. Die benachbarten Restaurants sind super und für 35-50€ pro Person kann man mit Wein und Dessert toll essen. Ein schönes Stück Frankreich ++

Sehr, sehr schöne Tage an der Odet

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum in Bezug auf alles, aber insbesondere durch die Lage, den Blick über die Odet, die großzügige Terrasse und der aus alten Steinen ummauerte, urige Garten, waren ein Hundespielparadies. Abwicklung, Instruktionen zum Zugang, Waschmaschine, Parkplätze im Hinterhaus, etc. sind perfekt. Last but not least: Die Besitzer sind sehr, sehr, sehr nett.

Great break-pity about the weather!

Benodet is a beautiful small village but it gets Atlantic weather and so - unpredictable. Nevertheless this property id wonderfully located looking over the Oder river with unfailing interest and close to many good restaurants.

Logement fonctionnel avec une vue magnifique

Très belle maison parfaitement placée. Le logement est simple mais très bien équipé avec notamment une terasse très agréable en été pour profiter de l'endroit et de la vue. Enfin très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires, je recommande.
