A very bright, newly renovated apartment in an ideal location. It is close to Plage du Coq (200 metres), Plage du Trez, and all local shops. It is located in a small apartment building on the 2nd floor without an lift. It measures 33 m² and sleeps 4 people. There is one bedroom with a 140-cm bed and another attic bedroom with an identical bed (carpeted floor). The staircase leading up to the attic is somewhat steep, so it may not be easy for everyone and is not recommended for young children. From the living room, there is a view of the Coq Lighthouse, and from the upstairs bedroom, a view of the sea.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, glass-ceramic stove, small oven), a washing machine, and internet and Wi-Fi access... Parking is available near the apartment, but there are no reserved spots. However, a large public car park is very close by.
Bénodet is a pleasant resort town with many restaurants, a casino, a thalassotherapy centre, a tree-top adventure park, an UCPA water sports centre, the Odet Golf Course, and the Glénan Islands, which are a short boat ride away (departing from the port near the apartment), as well as beautiful walks on both sides of the Odet River—particularly in Sainte-Marine but also in the Bigouden region...
