Excellent property- beautifully furnished and equipped. Very convenient for acess to the whole coast. St Quay was especially pleasant.

Me, my fiancé and our two dogs stayed the week and felt very at home. It’s well designed, furnished and has everything you need. The small touches are especially nice, even down to the segregated bins in the kitchen for recycling, making everything just that bit easier during your stay. The dogs LOVED the garden space, perfect for playing fetch! The outdoor pool is a nice and comfortable temperature, which given we stayed when it started to get cooler was a nice experience. The hot tub and saunas are great. The beds are extremely comfortable, you have quite a job getting out of them in the morning! If you like a chilled and peaceful place to stay, away from the busier more built up places, this is for you. Eric is a lovely host, who is only a message away should you need him, but not at all imposing. Thank you for our lovely stay.

We visited the property October 1/2 term. The accommodation is clean, well appointed and maintained. We were a party of 6 and all had plenty of room and privacy. Located in a rural location, but close enough to supermarkets, retail outlets, bakeries etc. We arrived on an early morning ferry and our host, Eric was more than happy for us to settle in early. Eric was friendly and attentive and we would definitely return and can’t recommend this property highly enough.

Location très confortable, très pratique pour ceux en télétravail grace aux 2 espaces véranda séparés. Petite terrasse protégée avec vue sur un joli jardin. Emplacement exceptionel avec le Portrieux et ses boutiques & restaurants à moins de cinq minutes à pied. Acceuil impeccable.

This was so relaxing. We could walk everywhere- beach, bars, restaurants. Beautiful coastal walk too. GR34. Watching the boats come and go from the lovely balcony was perfect!

We received a warm welcome from the Corlay family and thank them for the lovely welcoming gift of cold Breton Cidre, freshly made crepes and salted caramel spread! The gite is beautifully appointed, very new, modern decor and very clean. The kitchen diner is large with sliding doors overlooking the garden and sea beyond, with modern units, ceramic hub, extractor, oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher & even a Tassimo coffee machine. There are lots of new pans, utensils - everything you could possibly need, including tea towels, kitchen roll and cleaning materials. The lounge is modern & minimalist, with sofa, storage unit, Satellite TV (French only), a PS 2 & controllers (no games though, or books). The bedroom is modern and the bed very comfortable with ample storage for clothes, There is also a much welcomed utility room with a double sink, washing machine and even a tumble dryer (a first for us in a holiday gite). The sun room is very warm and overlooks the garden and is ideal for drying clothes if it's inclement weather. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, it's quiet, and private and only a short stroll to the beach. There are some fabulous beaches and walks in this area and well worth exploring. We stayed towards the end of the season, so was quiet, but would imagine it could be busy during high season. We wish Mr & Mrs Corlay every success with their new gite business, they have a lovely place and should do well. As a foot note we would add that it would be nice to have a file with useful information within, nearest shops, doctors,, chemist, etc, and maybe appliance instruction booklets, do's and don't for looking after your property, etc. The introduction of a visitors book would be great, as everyone likes to share their experiences of places visited, restaurant recommendations etc and makes great reading for yourselves and future visitors! Our only niggle was that there wasn't really any comfortable seating for the evenings as your only sofa isn't too comfortable, also, there's no music facility, no radio/CD player or access to music through the TV. Thankfully we brought our own Alexa so could play music.

We have just enjoyed a short break in Brittany with our young Labrador. The Nest is new and beautifully designed with everything you could possibly want for a short break or longer. Pascal and Thierry made us feel very welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring the local area, favourites were the quiet beaches and eating out next to the marina at Binic. We would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation and would love to stay there again. Merci
