We had a great stay at this apartment!It’s perfectly located right in Plaza Mayor—super central and convenient for exploring the city.Victor was fantastic! He went above and beyond to help us with parking (definitely bring a small car if you can) and even helped with our luggage during check-in. He also gave us some excellent local recommendations.The air conditioning worked really well, which was much appreciated after warm days out sightseeing.The apartment is ideal for travelers who plan to spend most of their time exploring and just need a comfortable place to sleep. It was a great value, especially for such a prime location!

What a beautiful, modern apartment in the Plaza Mayor! It was an absolutely wonnderful stay. There was plenty of room so you didn't feel on top of one another. I will be traveling back to Salamanca next year to visit my girlfriend and her family and look forward to staying in the same location. Many thanks for a memorable visit.

The property is located on the plaza mayor. Due to this, the location is excellent for exploring the historic city, but I was told by the host that bc of restrictions on the plaza, this apartment (as well as all others in the plaza) cannot have AC. During high summer, it is very difficult to sleep without AC after the heat of the day so I would not recommend this apartment for summer travel. Fans are provided but they were not enough to be comfortable. We are from Texas so I dont say this without experience with heat!

The apartment is beautiful and very well kept , the location was great , less than a minute away from Plaza Mayor . The landlord was very courteous and always available if we had any questions about our stay or the city . He got us info about touristic places to visit , where to shop and restaurants. I definitely will go back to the same place if I decide to visit Salamanca again.

The propriety manager, Fernando, could not have been more helpful and responsive to all our needs and questions. The location is ideal, right in the middle of the old town, next to the Plaza Mayor, shopping, restaurants and the action of the city. The space is a perfect size with all the amenities. Plenty of windows and sunshine. It was a great experience.

This super lovely and tastefully decorated apartment is almost on Plaza Mayor (just around the corner) in the pedestrian zone of Salamanca. You’re overlooking ancient buildings and glancing onto the plaza from the tastefully decorated living room. The bedrooms are relatively spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. Two bathrooms are quite a luxury. The elevator whisks you up to your sanctuary that is blissfully quiet thanks to the double windows (this is a college town and there’s a popular late night bar in the same alley as the front door to the apartment building.)
