Girls' Trip 2018
Our group of friends (we're all 55+) enjoyed our stay at Wilderness Lodge. The location and accommodations were perfect for our group. We enjoyed the spacious living area on the main floor, soaked in the hot tub, and played pool as well. The number of towels left for our group was great! We usually find it necessary to wash and dry towels when some rentals are a bit stingy with linens. A couple of suggestions: Please update your check-in paperwork to reflect the correct password for the wi-fi. And there needs to be instructions for using multiple remotes to access regular programming. The process is not intuitive and there were not any guidelines. Overall, a wonderful weekend.
Thank you for taking the time to share you stay. We are so glad you all had a good time. We appreciate you staying with us and look forward to welcoming you again in the future.
The facilities are located in an excellent area near the center of everything in Pigeon Forge, and a few minutes from Gatlinburg. The staff we dealt with were all very nice. I am not usually one to complain or be negative, but this place could be excellent with some TLC. The cabin was in much need of updating or just some minor repairs to spiff it up. The hard wood floors were the first thing you see when you go in. They were scratched and seemed to have had water on them too often. There was a terrible odor in the home when we arrived. The carpet in the main living area was wet. We discovered the sink/dishwasher had leaked. There was water all over the kitchen and livingroom. We were told the garbage disposal had been clogged up (odor was from this plus the wet carpet). There was wallpaper peeling in places, toilet paper holder mounted to a piece of wood in one bathroom, same bathroom smelled of urine, the hot tub wasn't ready for use, missing towel bars, parts of light fixtures missing, the air hockey table was broken around the edges and would not stay on for us to play. The T.V. in the living room would not work at first. Apparently one of the cables was broken. We did call the office to report issues and someone came out to fix them.Leak was fixed and the air hockey table screwed together to hold the pieces that were falling off. T.V. was fixed, but did not last, so they came out again to fix it when they discovered there was a bad cable. This facility was in a great location, it was a decent price and I would stay again. It would be better if the things mentioned above were fixed. Some of them were not major, but being in such a good location and for the price you expect better.

Great location - perfect place for visiting Great Smokey Mountains, Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg.
The cabin has a great layout- bedrooms on three different floors that make it easy to share with family. Very easy access to community pool & Pigeon Forge. The furniture in living room was outdated & showing wear & tear. Pool table & air hockey were a big hit with everyone. Overall a fun & relaxing vacation!

Loved how spacious the cabin was.
A quiet and spacious getaway. We loved everything about the cabin. The location was perfect it was big enough for our family with plenty of room and the short walk to the outdoor pool was great. Can’t wait to go back.
