Why Steve & Mary chose Arroyo Grande
Good living! Beautiful and peaceful. Private, 1/10 mile from nearest neighbor. Close to shopping and services yet unspoiled with development. Coastal places can still be found with no other people present. Wide sandy beaches, huge dramatic sand dunes, rugged cliffs with rock formations causing waves to shoot into the air, and peaceful bays, coves and estuaries. San Luis Obispo is a very nice town to be near with restaurants and many boutique stores. People friendly! Low crime.

Charming and peaceful cottage
It was our best stay! We enjoyed the attention to details. We felt right at home! The ease of communicating with the owners and check-in-check-out process was very accommodating and easy. Beautiful location and ease to SLO was perfect from where this is situated. We look forward to staying here again.
We enjoyed the beautiful Christmas decoration in our room, the attention to detail, cleanliness, the peace and quiet of this place. Definitely recommend it!
Great place for a weekend retreat!
Great little apartment out in the country. Very cozy and quiet. Lot of goodies provided. Minutes from Five Cities and SLO. Would definitely visit again!
Perfect for a long weekend!
This is such a cute, peaceful cottage. Location is ideal - feels so far removed from city, but a very short drive to downtown SLO or Arroyo Grande. Cottage is set up perfectly for two people and has so many personal touches it's hard to describe. Mary is a very sweet host - not intrusive, but available if you need her. Can't recommend this one enough! We will definitely be back!
Wonderful stay at this lovely Edna Valley cottage
The quiet surroundings with horse ranches and vineyards was just what we needed. The hosts were friendly, available and helpful, leaving some goodies for us in the cottage, including a nice bottle of wine. We appreciate that there are little places like this at such an affordable rate. We also love the little town of Arroyo Grande. People are SO nice and we felt right at home!

Thank you for the nice review!
Country "slice of heaven"
Just 12 to 15 minutes from the hustle and bustle, it is a lovely peaceful retreat. We liked: The chirping birds, cooing Mourning Doves, the beautiful horses across the way, the farm fresh eggs (thank you) and the cozy ambiance. All of it was lovely.
Can drive on beach. Dune ATC's can be rented. Kayaking and bicycling available. Hiking, picnicking, wine tasting, antique shopping, museums, art galleries, farmers markets. On-site guide available for recommendations, tours, and transportation. A fee may apply.
