The position is very beautiful because slightly above the access road and dominates the whole city with a splendid view over the whole gulf and makes the apartment very cool.
The location is enviable because it is in an elegant residential area and equally close to bars, shopping center and shops. In a few minutes you can reach all the places of major interest.
My apartment, recently renovated, is on the second floor of an elegant building with elevator, the building is located inside a guarded park. The entrance gate is on a private road 200 meters from the main road where there is a walkway but with stairs.
