Huge pool, spa, pool table, 2 wet bars, large fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Plenty of seating for family and friends. Sleeping: Master-1 king bed, Bedroom 2- 2 queen beds, Bedroom 3- King bed, Bedroom 4- King bed, Bedroom 5- king bed, Bedroom 6- King bed, 2 fireplaces, fire pit in yard, 2 car garage, 35'Rv garage and plenty of off street secluded boat/car parking. Gas BBQ, great patio with lake views and seating. Large great room to relax and watch TV. Dish TV with all the channels and free WIFI of course! Pool can be heated at $85 per day. This house is so spacious and comfortable. We really liked that the rooms were so separated from each other. The living and kitchen area was huge, perfect for our large group. During the day our favorite part was the pool and in the evening it was nice having the game room and playing pool. Our host Kelli took excellent care of us. We will be back soon.

If you have a big / extended family and friends this house is big enough for them to have separate areas. Our family had the best time at the house. Everything we needed was at the house, all we needed to bring was food and clothing. The house also has soft water and filtered water/ice throughout. Pool and spa were extremely perfect, some of us stayed in for hours at a time. Kellie the host was very responsive and helped with anything that was needed.

Wonderful Stay!

We had an amazing stay. The house was very clean, with lots of amenities and perfect for a little family get together! The hostess was very helpful and made it very easy to check in and out. Hoping the home will be available again in the future when we come back :)

We stayed for a family getaway for my Mom’s 80th birthday It was great to have separate space for everyone, there was a pool table and putting green. Close to the lake and water activities.

We’ve stayed in several homes in Havasu over the years and this one was far and away the best one yet! Very spacious for our large family group, very well equipped and very clean! Great Family Getaway

Beautiful house with all the amenities. The swimming pool is large and perfect for family fun after a day at the Lake. Loved playing billiards and having a “putting tournament” with the group. Super fun house!

We had a great time staying at this home. Kelli , the property manager was very helpful and welcoming. The house was very clean and perfect size for a two family vacation. The kids loved playing in the pool everyday after a day on the lake. Looking forward to staying here again!

Perfect Memorial Weekend Getaway!

This lovely home was the perfect fit for our group on our Memorial weekend getaway! Very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed and more!! Kelli was super sweet, I love that she met us there upon our arrival and gave the tour, went over important things to note and answered all of our questions. She was very quick to respond if I had to reach out about anything. The house was a great location, only 5 mins from the local grocery store and from the marina. We were very happy with our stay and plan to book with Kelli again!! :)

This place was amazing! It was as beautiful as the pictures. The outside pool area was like staying at the best resort, the view from up top was spectacular and the house had many great amenities. Will definitely come back.
