Our family had an incredible stay! From the moment we walked in, the home felt warm, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. The open layout made it easy for everyone to spend time together while still having plenty of room to spread out.One of the things we appreciated most was the abundance of sleeping arrangements. It’s the perfect house for large families or groups, with comfortable accommodations for everyone without feeling crowded.We were never bored for a minute. There were so many activities to enjoy that everyone, from kids to adults, always had something fun to do. Whether we were hanging out, playing games, or just relaxing together, there was never a dull moment.The pool was definitely my favorite part! It was the perfect place to spend the day, cool off, and make memories together. It truly felt like a private resort.Everything about this property made for an amazing vacation. It was clean, thoughtfully designed, well equipped, and made it easy to relax and have fun. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect Lake Havasu getaway!

Best Havasu house we’ve stayed in! The backyard was the most enjoyable space for our family. Yes it’s hot during the summer, but the amenities and features made it worth it. Plenty of seating, the refreshing pool and the water slide was awesome! The kids and teens enjoyed it all!! The pickleball court was fun! While we enjoyed the outside space of this home, the arcade games inside and living room with the big screen were also a hit! Great photo prop areas too. The neon signs added a fun vibe to the home. Adequate sleeping areas for all.

The pool was sparkling clean, the Jacuzzi was newer and well-kept and heated up very quickly. The backyard was amazing and so fun! Something to do literally in every square inch of the yard. The floor plan inside the house was very open, with a really fun game room that part of the group could enjoy while the other part of the group chills in the living room and watches a movie! The house was awesome, we have no complaints!
