Apartment located on a 2nd floor, very bright and spacious. It has three rooms with two single beds each. Three full bathrooms, one en suite with shower, another with bath and the third on the upper terrace. An open kitchen, fully equipped with fridge, oven, hob and dishwasher. The living room is spacious with a table suitable for eating and two sofas. It has a terrace from where you can see the sea and allows you to enjoy some very nice breakfasts or dinners. In the upper part there is a rest room, a bathroom with shower and a 30 m² sun terrace, where you can lie in the hammocks and enjoy the sun or relax reading a book.
In the Colony you have the option to carry out multiple activities such as walking, hiking, cycling, visiting the natural park of Cabrera, water sports, horse riding etc ... but, what you cannot miss is visiting the best beaches in the south of the island, such as "Playa des Port", "Playa des Dolç", "Playa es Carbó, and the well-known" Playa des Trenc ", which is an undeveloped sandy area of 30 km of white sand and crystalline waters. Some of these beaches offer sunbeds, umbrellas and beach bars. You can also rent a small boat to visit the small virgin coves of the coast.
