We had 10 stay here and it was great. This place is much bigger than the pictures suggest. Everything was great and clean. You are right in the middle of town and in very quick walking distance to restaurants, shops and golf. Plenty of parking if you have a car. I would absolutely stay here again

Golf Tour Accomadations

6 Howard place was ideal for a large 8-12 golf group. Blocks from the old course first tee and all services required including food and ATM's. Must be able to handle 2 flights of stairs.

Fantastic for golf trip

This is my 2nd time renting this property for a golf trip, and it was just as great as the last time in 2017. The location has easy access to restaurants, bars, sundries and of course lots of golf. Inside there is plenty of space...we had 12 on this trip and never once felt cramped for space.

St Andrews Wedding Lodgings

The flat is huge. Comfortable for 14 guests. Group dinners were no problem. Very centrally located. Very comfortable. Highly recommend.

St. Andrews stay

This property was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a nicer home. The location was so close to everything as well. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the living space. Our only request would be to have a key safe on site. it was definitely out of the way and difficult to find the property manager's office if you are not familiar with the area.

Perfect location for St Andrews Golfers

A lovely 4 story building with large rooms, high ceilings and windows. Golf is very accessible, with St Andrews Links all within a 10 minute walk, close to shops on Market Street, as well as the variety of bars and restaurants. Great to see and hear students pouring out of close by Molly Malone’s in the wee small hours. A wonderful reminder of our own youth! The wifi wasn’t working but we managed a work around to tap into the neighbors, thank you - very ingenious. The rooms have tremendous potential. A massive kitchen just waiting to be upgraded and just gorgeous spaciousness in the rooms generally, will look wonderful when repainted and carpeted. Lovely bathroom areas - one looks as if it has been refurbished in recent years and the others just waiting for their potential to be realized with equipment from the modern era. And the flooring looks as if it could be magnificent when restored. A terrific space and very accessible.

Great for a large family

This property was exactly as described online. We were in St Andrews for our daughters wedding so people were stopping by to say hello. The property has a large living room and kitchen which were excellent for our large family and for people stopping by. The garden faces west so we had sun all afternoon. The people who run this property are excellent.

The property is in a great location, an easy walk to everything St. Andrews has to offer. It is an older building that has not been updated with new appliances or furniture. The basics are all there and with some investment this property could be outstanding. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely return if some upgrades were made.

Great house, great location. Guy trip paradise!!

Golf trip with 8 guys. Home was spacious and comfortable. 7 very nice bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen very functional with nice stovetop and oven. Wouldn't mind seeing some upper cabinets though. Very short walk to stores and restaurants. 5 minutes to #1 tee at Old Course.
