Spacious, two bed gite, comfortably sleeps 4, renovated to a high standard. The fitted kitchen has a cooker, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine and microwave and overlooks the dining area. The utility room contains a washing machine, clothes airer and pegs.
The comfortable lounge area has two sofas, satellite TV, coffee table and a Bluetooth speaker. There's also a wood burner, perfect for the cooler months. The patio doors lead from the lounge on to the gite's terrace, with views across the meadow to the village. A barbecue and seating are provided.
Guests have the use of one double bedroom (downstairs) and one twin or double (upstairs). Each bedroom has its own shower and toilet facilities. A travel cot is available for guests' use, as is a booster seat for a dining chair and a stair gate.
Outside, there is a large pool and a jacuzzi with a decked surround, a summer kitchen and extensive grounds. There is table tennis, giant jenga, darts, and swingball on site, with the village tennis court just next door (racquets are provided).
Breakfasts, packed lunches and evening meals can be provided and are paid locally.
The property is on the edge of the attractive village, Arques. The gite is in a peaceful location, yet within 5 minutes walk of village centre. Even a Cathar castle is less than 1km away. The nearest ski slopes are at Camurac, 57 kms away.
