Upton Warren is the perfect location for lovers of the outdoors, with a range of walking from your front door that will take you across the countryside. The children are welcome to come and collect eggs from our hens and for the competitive amongst you why not enjoy a game of tennis on our all-weather court. The area has some of the best attractions in the country with the Avoncroft Museum and Buildings, Warwick Castle, West Midlands Safari Park, Cadbury World and The Severn Valley Railway to name but a few. North Worcestershire is well served with an exciting year-round events calendar to include, The Royal three Counties Show, Hanbury Countryside Show and The Shelsley Walsh Climb.
Head inside of this converted barn and leave your shoes behind after a busy day exploring. The lounge is accessed off the hallway, with a vaulted ceiling with exposed A-frame and French doors opening onto the patio area. There is comfortable seating where you can relax and enjoy a good movie on the TV/DVD. The hallway also offers access to the kitchen, finished in with shaker style cupboards and wood effect work tops, well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher and when the day is done, you will find two bedrooms further down the hallway. These include a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) and a single bedroom, both with views onto the gardens. There is a shower room with shower over bath and WC that completed the accommodation.
Step outside into the gardens where there is a small patio area with table and chairs, along with mature lawn. There is access to a shared all-weather tennis court and shared utility room with washing machine and coin operated tumble dryer. There is also off-road parking for two cars.
