The Sunset Beach home was very clean! It reminds me of a cozy cabin on the interior. The space was perfect for my husband and I. Plenty of room for two more couples or small family. The loft upstairs is probably suited for teens, as parts of the ceiling are low height.Although this home does not have access to the lake, it has amazing views from two different spots. The views were worth it!

Dana, Thanks for your kind words. Until a couple of years ago we had a dock in the cove across the road. we're working on it's return, keep an eye out. But until then, I agree, I've owned the place for 25 years and I never get tired of it. I hope you come see us again. Joe

About the host

Hosted by Joe Pashman

Host profile image
Hi! I purchased this site in 2002 and built the home in 2006 as a vacation get-away. At the time of purchase, there was a 5th wheel trailer under the roof of what is now the existing home. That roof now covers the home. It has been Kathy's and my "happy place" ever since and we would like to share it with you.

If you want to relax and enjoy the lake and its incredible beauty, this is the spot for you. We welcome you into our home, and sincerely hope you enjoy the peace that we feel here.

Welcome to the lake!

Why they chose this property

Relaxation at its finest. It is located on the quiet side of the lake and has one of the best views, yet it is close to 3 grocery stores and lots of restaurants. The home faces east and is protected by many trees so your afternoons and evenings on the deck are cool and comfortable.

What makes this property unique

This property is the ultimate destination for a romantic get-way or a place to achieve some privacy. If relaxation is your goal, you found your vacation rental!
