In a few minutes you can walk to the beach and the rocks of Punta di Tegge and in about 10 minutes you are in Cala Gavetta.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in La Maddalena sehr genossen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und sehr gemütlich und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wir haben es sehr geschätzt, dass Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung standen, die wir an den Strand mitnehmen konnten. Bedauernswert ist, dass der Supermarkt nicht mehr in der Nähe ist. Die Bilder suggerieren viel mehr Blick und Nähe zum Meer, als es dann tatsächlich ist. Trotz allem haben wir uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und gut betreut gefühlt. Herzliche Dank für alles!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung von Anna ist sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und super sauber. Wir waren 5 Tage vor Ort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der checkin war sehr freundlich und problemlos. Die Wohnung ist daher sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Anna.

Un ottimo soggiorno a due passi dal mare

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento 11 notti con il mio compagno e ci siamo trovati benissimo: sala spaziosa con cucina annessa, accessoriata e pratica, bagno ampio e moderno, camera da letto forse un po' piccola (più che altro il letto) e terrazzino da godersi a pieno per cenare al fresco. Essendoci una cameretta in più l'abbiamo trovata molto utile per depositare i bagagli e avere quindi più spazio vivibile negli altri ambienti. Il frigorifero è grande e la casa dispone dell'essenziale per pulire e lavare, cassetta medica compresa. Se devo fare un appunto, la camera da letto rimane l'ambiente più caldo dell'appartamento e, se non c'è vento e si vuole usufruire dell'aria condizionata, purtroppo lo split della sala non riesce a rinfrescare a sufficienza. Ad ogni modo, noi siamo stati molto bene, anche grazie alla posizione strategica, con supermercato a 500 m e centro paese raggiungibile comodamente a piedi in 25 min. Una soluzione che sceglierei di sicuro nuovamente per un eventuale prossimo soggiorno sull'isola della Maddalena! Un grazie speciale ad Anna, host molto presente e attento, e a Martina, la ragazza che si occupa dell'assistenza in loco, sempre disponibile e attenta. Complimenti!

Séjour de rêve à la Maddalena

L’appartement d’Anna est dans un quartier calme assez proche du centre ce qui permet de s’y rendre à pied le soir. Il est très propre et fonctionnel. On s’y sent très bien. Anna nous a donné pleins de bons conseils notamment descendre à la plage la plus proche de l’appartement pour y admirer le coucher du soleil. Anna a vraiment été bienveillante avec nous et a toujours répondu très rapidement à nos quelques interrogations. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Maddalena, encore merci Anna pour votre gentillesse.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir hatten eine perfekte Woche in Anna‘s Appartment. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig renoviert, super sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und durchdacht gestaltet, so dass es für 2 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder gut gepasst hat. Der Balkon ist nach Westen landeinwärts ausgerichtet, wir konnten ihn zum Frühstück und Abendessen gut nutzen. Ein großer Supermarkt ist einen kurzen Fußweg entfernt, ins lebhafte Zentrum von la Madalena geht man etwa 15min zu Fuß, und etwa 10min geht man zum punta tegge der perfekt zum sundowner sprung ins Meer geeignet ist. Anna hat eine Liste mit Strand und Restaurant Tips geschickt, die wir fleißig abgearbeitet haben, wobei eine Woche für die vielen schönen Ecken des Archipels fast zu kurz ist. Der checkin war super organisiert, wir wurden an der Fähre abgeholt und zur Wohnung begleitet. Es ist nicht zwangsläufig ein Auto auf Madalena notwendig, man kann sich auch öffentlich oder mit leihrädern/ Mopeds gut fortbewegen. In wirklich jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder, danke Anna!

Appartement sublime

Petit appartement décoré avec goût, très bien placé, à l'écart mais pas trop de la ville. Un équipement au top, vraiment rien ne manque ! Un supermarché à proximité et la plage à 2 min à pied , que demander de plus ! Merci pour ce séjour, nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir chez vous .

Un bellissimo appartamento in una bellissima isola

L'appartamento si trova in una zona residenziale a Punta Tegge molto tranquilla. E' arredato con grande gusto e con materassi nuovi e cuscini molto comodi (non è da tutti). Si trova al secondo piano (ultimo della palazzina) senza ascensore che magari è un po' faticoso a fine giornata, ma non si può fare diversamente e due passi alla fine fanno bene. Ha un piccolo, ma comodo balconcino con ombrellone che la sera fa veramente piacere. La casa è abbastanza calda, ma quest'anno quando siamo stati noi era veramente molto caldo. lasciando le finestre aperte però al sera arriva aria molto fresca. Altrimenti c'è il condizionatore in salone che serve tutta la casa, ma noi abbiamo preferito non usarlo per nostra abitudine. Unica pecca per ora è la mancanza di Wi-fi, ma si stanno organizzando. Siamo stati molto bene e la signora Anna è veramente una persona squisita. Sicuramente molto consigliato.
