Dear John, We truly enjoyed hosting your group and would gladly welcome you back again! Regarding the stairs, we make sure in our description that we state the pool area and garage are accessed by stairs but the living quarters are accessed by an upper driveway to avoid stairs. I always encourage my guests to park in the upper driveway if you wish to experience a 1 story home and to easily unload and load groceries, luggage and people with special accessibility needs. Thank you so much for choosing our home, we would love to host yOu again at any of our Lake Havasu properties!
