Comfortable and welcoming apartment of new construction with independent entrance, garden and reserved parking space. 10 minutes from the wonderful coast of Fondi and Sperlonga and a short walk from the historic center. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
On request, cot for babies / children up to 2 years. Possibility of breakfast and dinner in the cool of the garden, surrounded by olive and citrus trees. Home equipped with all comforts.
