This superb apartment rests in Llandudno, North Wales and can sleep two people in one bedroom.
Park View is a lovely ground-floor apartment situated in Llandudno, North Wales. Hosting one double bedroom, able to sleep a total of two guests and served by a family shower room. Discover a fitted kitchen/breakfast bar, a utility and sitting room with an electric fire. Outside has a front gravelled area, as well as off-road parking for one car. Park View is a wonderful choice for a seaside break to North Wales.
Amenities: Gas central heating, electric fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, toaster kettle, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, TV, a selection of books, games and WiFi. Echo dot in dining area. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off-road parking for one car (Please take care when parking as the driveway is narrow) and further roadside parking. Front gravelled area. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles and pub 0.1 miles. Note: The doors leading outside from the dining area are not to be used, as it leads to neighbours private garden
