Beautiful location!

We had a fantastic week's holiday in Casale Iris, the house is as shown in the photos, absolutely beautiful! Very well equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy your holiday. The plus is the pool, great for adults but also for our grandchildren, who had so much fun. We can only recommend Casale Iris, hope to come back in the future.

Ein wunderbares Haus

Tolle Lage, liebevolle ausgestattet, großer sehr schöner Garten mit vielen Blumen und Bäumen und Pool, kleiner Kräutergarten, Terrasse mit Morgensonne und Blick über die Hügel der Marken, große Zimmer, gute Betten, alles sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Haus in Alleinlage. Perfekt zum erholen und ausspannen. Die Betreuung durch den Verwalter war super, er hat sich prompt um alle Probleme gekümmert. Gerne wieder!

Superbe maison dans les Marches

Nous étions trois générations: nous mêmes, nous trois enfants et leurs épouses et trois petits-enfants. La maison est suffisamment vaste pour que chacun y dispose de l'espace nécessaire. Tranquillité absolue, vues magnifiques, piscine très agréable. Nous le referons sans hésitation. A noter la disponibilité permanente de nos hôtes, qui ont tout fait pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. Christine & Luc

Soggiorno rilassante

Abbiamo soggiornato al Casale Iris le ultime due settimane di agosto. Eravamo 4 famiglie con bambini e ragazzi dai 9 ai 16 anni. La casa è perfetta con spazi ampi e ottimamente organizzati per consentire una convivenza conviviale, ma anche una certa riservatezza. Bellissima e comoda la piscina. La zona è molto tranquilla: la proprietà è immersa in un paesaggio agreste di dolci e amene colline dove sorgono piccoli centri abitati, raggiungibili in auto. Il clima è secco e ben ventilato e nonostante il caldo abbiamo utilizzato ben poco l'aria condizionata. Fermo dista circa 15 minuti, le località di mare Porto San Giorgio e Porto Sant'Egidio circa 30 minuti. Il sig. Thomas che si occupa della gestione della proprietà è stato davvero molto gentile e disponibile, intervenendo con prontezza quando ne abbiamo avuto bisogno, ma sempre con molta discrezione.

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Haus in den Marken.

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Alles hat super funktioniert und war auf neustem Stand. Die Klimaanlage und der Pool haben und die 34°C im Schatten erträglich gemacht. Alles ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Die Lage ist ideal wenn man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, aber auch Ausflüge ans Meer (Adria) oder in die Berge (Abruzzen) sind ohne lange Wege möglich. Die Vermieter und das Management vor Ort waren immer erreichbar und haben sich von Anfang bis Ende um uns hervorragend gekümmert. Wir können das Objekt zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Un lieu magique

La localisation de la maison est magnifique, la vue à 360 degrés vaut le voyage. L' intérieur de l'habitation ne correspond pas aux photos du site: il y a très peu de décorations et c'est assez sombre. J'ai dû nettoyer le sol en arrivant et nous avons trouvé un lézard dans l'évier de la cuisine. Il n'y avait pas de matériel de nettoyage donc nous avons acheté un torchon . La cuisine est peu pratique ( pas de hotte , pas de micro-onde, petites poêles) pour 4 personnes. Ce qui est très bien c'est l'air conditionné , l'écran plat , la magnifique piscine et le jardin plein de roses. Il faisait très calme et nous avons adoré cette région méconnue. Une vrai bouffée d'oxygène après le confinement!

We purchased this property in 2019 from the previous owners, who had run a small rental business for the ground floor unit only, and fully renovated the whole house for the purpose of letting it to guests from all over the world. We always improve our offering following feedback from guests, and we love reading their comments and suggestions.

An absolutely gorgeous property with lovely gardens in quiet countryside with great views. The beautiful region of the Marche offers so much to the visitor: wonderful landscapes, historic hilltop villages, bustling seaside resorts, and very good food wherever you go. It is also very affordable and welcoming. Even in the summer it is not overrun, and the mid-and low seasons are a great time to explore the region, go trekking, cycling, and sightseeing. Casale Iris is located on its own hill, which means it has a 360 degree view of hills and villages, and the sunsets are spectacular. It offers peace and relaxation, whilst providing access to excellent restaurants and charming hill villages within a few minutes' drive. Art lovers, nature and water sports enthusiasts, or those looking for a slower pace of life are well served in this welcoming and authentic region.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Casale Iris is very popular with families and groups. It has two independent units with separate entrances, of which one is entirely on the ground floor. This unit is ideal for grandparents and families with small children. Both units have fully equipped kitchens, sitting rooms, and their own terraces. This means that groups of two families can enjoy privacy while spending time together. All the rooms are air conditioned except for our smallest bedroom on the ground floor. Families appreciate the six bathrooms and one toilet room, the seven bedrooms, the spacious gardens with trees and bushes, and the lovely pool. The summer kitchen with Argentinian grill, refrigerator and cooker is in constant use for big family dinners. Casale Iris offers absolute peace and quiet, while being reasonably close to many good restaurants, and not too far from shopping and the blue-flag beaches of the Adriatic sea.
