This cottage consists of two separate buildings and three private bathrooms with bath, shower and toilet. The vaulted living room is equipped with a flat-screen cable TV and a CD / DVD player. The vaulted kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, an oven, a toaster, a dishwasher, a fridge, a microwave.

Located 8 km from Montcuq, in a 2,500 m² garden, Gite de Valprionde is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling. The establishment also puts at your disposal a playground for children, board games, a badminton court, a table tennis table, pétanque.

A wonderful stay in old world charm

We had a wonderful stay at the Gite and it was the perfect location for our large adult group in an area we know well. The cottage has a rustic and somewhat aged feel to it's amenities, but this rather complemented its beautiful and ancient structure- it is not pristine or newly decorated but this added to an authentic experience.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans cette vieille demeure pleine de charme. La piscine sécurisée est très agréable pour petits et grands ainsi que la mise à disposition des équipements pour jeux de ping-pong et de badminton. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Nous avons aussi apprécié le calme de Valprionde. L'ensemble des commerces est à Montcuq (10 kms).

Semaine rêvée partagée entre la piscine, les balades aux alentours, le repos et les soirées autour d'une longue tablée dans la cour verdoyante. La maison présente de beaux volumes et le pigeonnier est agencé avec beaucoup de goût. Il ne manquait qu'un rouleau à pâtisserie.... Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir

Je n'avais jamais pris le temps de laisser un commentaire sur cette semaine de vacances merveilleuse, tellement reposante et ressourçante. Quel bonheur d'arriver dans ce lieu plein de charme: un immense parc, une très belle piscine et une maison si bien entretenue & décorée ! Loin de tout stress, nous avons pu profité de cette agréable région & maison! Les propriétaires sont des gens très accueillants, souriants, toujours à l'écoute & disponibles! J'en garde un excellent souvenir, à refaire très vite!

accueil agréable du propriétaire, villa de caractére très bien placée et trés ensolleilée ; avons passer un séjour entre amis avec des enfants et tout s'est bien passé la piscine est même abritée du vent ; petit village sympa mais un peu vide , mais ce n'etait pas pour nous déplaire.Montcuq à 10 kms dispose de tout ce que vous avez besoin et le producteur de melons à 1 km vous fera apprécier sa production.on ne regrette qu'une chose c'est de n'être pas rester plus longtemps!
