Location
A beautiful & spotless 2-room apartment in the UNESCO World Heritage Canal district, tucked away on a quiet street yet within walking distance from major attractions (Museum district, Rembrandt House, Dam square). Around the corner is Utrechtsestraat, a lively street that has been around since 1658. You can check out some of the best stores, cozy cafes, and trendy hotspots in town.

Description
The apartment is located on the 1st floor (equivalent to 2nd floor in the US) of a 19th century building. The apartment has two spacious rooms:. one has a queen size bed and opens to a beautiful balcony overlooking charming historical Amsterdam houses; one room faces a very quiet street with typical 17th century buildings, it has a comfortable daybed that converts to a queen bed (with regular mattress), dining table with 4 chairs, and TV.

Newly renovated luxury bathroom and a laundry closet with washing machine. Drying rack is provided.

Museums
Some museums like the Anne Frank House or the Van Gogh Museum require advance reservation. Tickets for a specific day/time slot can only be booked online. We suggest you check their website to ensure you get the most out of your travel experience.

Great Apartment and Location

The apartment was clean and well equipped for our 4 night stay. The owners were friendly and helpful and sent useful information in advance.The property was in the perfect location with good bars restaurants and shops within a couple of minutes walk. We found that we could easily walk to museums, parks etc. Amsterdam is a beautiful city and the local people were friendly and welcome. The property is in a quiet residential street so it is not noisy at night

Great location

Lovely apartment. Very conveniently located to the main attractions of Amsterdam and the museum district. Lots of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. The host was very flexible with check in and check out. We would highly recommend.

Right Place in The Right Place !

It's well known the where property is concerned then "location, location, location" is the key to happiness/success and that's a perfect way to sum-up this lovely apartment. From the get-go, communication was exemplary and could not have been better. Very kindly, we were permitted to check-in early which was ideal for our first trip to Amsterdam. Very well equipped, the apartment left us wanting for nothing and we were sad to leave. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable flat, great location

We had a marvellous 3 day stay in Amsterdam in this comfortable flat. The location is not in the very centre and is thus quieter and more exclusive with quite fancy clothes and furniture shops (and a brilliant cheese shop) but also a range of reasonably priced restaurants, typical 'brown' cafés but also Indonesian, Italian, Alpine, Tibetan. You can get everywhere really easily on the tram - and the walk long Prinsengracht is very special.

Lovely apartment in a great locality - just what we wanted for our short stay!

The apartment was just right for our short trip. Really good area, close to the centre but away from the busy touristy areas. Excellent transport links for getting around the city. The recommendations for restaurants and cafes were fantastic - as Really appreciated that. The only small downside was there was some noise on the first evening from the street when the football crowd came back after the match, but no problem at all the other evenings. Many thanks for a great stay in Amsterdam!

Fantastic stylish, comfortable and well-located property

This is a stylish and comfortable flat with great access to everything you could want to see in Amsterdam. Brilliant facilities, and sofa bed surprisingly comfortable. Cute balcony for beers in the sun and close to some great bars.

Excellent apartment in fantastic location

We stayed at Esther & Tjerks beautiful apartment for a family long weekend away to celebrate our daughters Birthdays. We were not disappointed in any sense. The apartment was in a lovely neighbourhood with excellent cafes & restaurants close by. The tram stopped near the end of the road and the location was an easy walk to different tourist locations in the city. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, modern, well equipped & comfortable. Esther was very welcoming & helpful. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again.

Everything we needed in a clean, bright apartment. Spacious for a couple, can put up to two others on foldout bed in lounge. Very quiet for a central location. Host friendly and helpful.

Excellent clean well equipped apartment in a perfect location

We had 3 nights in the apartment, it was a perfect location to use as a base to explore Amsterdam. We were met on arrival by Gabriella who was very friendly and explained everything to us. The location was nice and quiet but had amenities just at the end of the street. We would definitely recommend this place.

Loved this experience.

This apartment was perfect. It was located in a really central area but it was like staying in a little town of its own. Our apartment was in a very quiet street with lovely views over the back gardens. It had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. At one end of the street were so many great restaurants including Michelin starred restaurants and at the other end a wonderful canal. The tram was just around the corner and we could walk to a canal tour, Van Gogh’s Museum and the Rijksmussen. Than you Tjerk and Esther for having such a lovely apartment.

Die Eigentümer waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Wir sind zu dritt gereist, für diese Gruppengröße war das Appartement ideal. Nette Cafés und Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Nur den Lärm von der Straße konnte man auch nachts hören. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung!

Comfotable Apartment in a great location.

We enjoyed staying at Gsbriela’s Apartment. There were 3 of us and it was a comfotable size. The bedroom is large and the living area, where the sofabed is located, is actially more spacious than it appears in the photos. The location is amazing in a quite section of Amsterdam close to good restaurants and walking distance to the museums. We caught a great canal boat tour just a few blocks away.Communication and check-in was easy. Eva met us at the door, gave us the keys and a little tour of the apt. I highly recommend the apartment.

Fantastic location!

The location of this property was superb! The cafes, restaurants and shopping nearby were all top notch. The neighborhood was not overly crowded with tourists as some of the more central neighborhoods are. It was easy to walk or take the tram to all parts of the city. The apartment itself was super cute, clean and comfortable. Checking in was easy, even with our flight being delayed several hours. We would stay here again!

Comfortable, quiet apartment on a small street that's convenient to everything! A short walk to the tram as well as cafes and shops -- all just around the corner. Communication with Gabriela, who manages the booking process, was great. She responds very quickly. The owner met us upon arrival and showed us the unit. He lives upstairs and is accessible if needed. Bathroom looks new. Shower/tub combo is nice and water pressure is great. Note: from the front door, guests walk up about 15 steps to reach the apartment, and there's not an elevator, so not a good choice for disabled travelers. But for us, it was perfect.

Beautiful property in lovely neighborhood

The apartment is spacious, super clean, and easy to access. We loved staying in one of the quieter neighborhoods away from the tourist areas, but still easily walkable to all the attractions. Highly recommend!
