Great place to stay while in Amsterdam! The host was really friendly and helpful. The apartment was in a great area. Located in a calm section of the city but in close walking distance to the crazy city center. Really had a nice time here!

Great location for our party of 5. We were able to go pretty much all around the city walking or renting bikes. Francois was very responsive and the apartment had everything we needed. Great place for our first time in Amsterdam.

We couldn’t pick a better place to stay for our family Amsterdam vacation. The property was uniquely and thoughtfully designed and suited our family of 5 perfectly. The location was perfect for all of the activities we wanted to get to and just walking but foot and exploring the area might have been our favorite activity. Our host was very easy to get a hold of and had many great recommendations for our stay. I would highly recommend this property!

The location and character of this apartment are fantastic. Although it evokes authentic Amsterdam living, it has all the necessary mod cons.The host was v responsive and provided a generous arrray of drinks and snacks on arrival, plus local recommendations for eating and visits.

A very gracious host with a cozy home in the middle of everything in Amsterdam with extremely easy access to public transportation options. The home is big enough for a family of five with all the amenities including coffee, water and beer. Very safe. Communication with the host is easy and they are accessible when you need them. Highly highly recommend to all.

Francois was an excellent host! My family and I loved the apartment and the local neighborhood. Wonderful cafes nearby, and very short walk to the museums and all of the wonderful public squares that Amsterdam has to offer. We will be back to visit next year. Extremely well-maintained, clean, comfortable home base - with fully stocked kitchen in a great location to explore the city. We mostly walked. Easy check in, appreciated the easy communication with the host - even offered to come late night to make sure we were connected to the network/able to catch the US in the World Cup game which was above and beyond. Note you do sleep in essentially a basement - some natural light built in 'master' bed area - Steep, spiral staircase to get to all beds - so no problem with our kids who are older - but would have been stressed with little ones. Loved Amsterdam- can't wait to come back for another visit!

Francois was a great host and had many great suggestions for travel tips and restaurants. The apartment had a great location near metro stops and 2 market locations. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was equipped well for some quick bites.
