Great location and the ac units worked very well, which we were very grateful for since temps were very hot. Beds were very comfortable. Would recommend if you are looking for a clean place to stay in Old Town that is centrally located

Pros —Location was great, air conditioner was great!!!Cons— cockroaches everywhere from restaurant below, 1 shower only, limited hot water for showering for 4 people & kitchen water kettle leaks from underneath.

The location of this property is perfect, right in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. It was, however, a little hard to find and pointing out the restaurant name would have been helpful!The apartment is well appointed clean and very pleasant. One low point is the shower, the showerhead leaked and it is very difficult to shower without getting the whole bathroom wet. Furthermore, it should be noted that only two showers can be taken back to back as the water tank is small.

I would probably not stay here again. Although the space was good, and the bedrooms were comfortable, I just found the overall Feel was just a little bit rundown. It needs a really good cleaning. The bathroom fan has loads of dust on it, and a cleaning of some of the walls would be good. At 2 AM I got up to go to the bathroom and thankfully turn the light on, there was a cockroach in the middle of the floor. I am terrified of these things and that for me would be the number one reason I would never rent this place again. It is also right above a restaurant. So you literally walk through while people are having dinner and go through the door and then we try to go up the stairs, but the light was broken so we had to go up two sets of stairs in the dark. And it was quite noisy from the restaurant below. The kitchen seemed to be well appointed, although we didn’t cook anything. This place needs a good deep clean. There was a stainless steel plate on the bathtub that kept falling off, I’m assuming thats where the cockroach came from. The plug near the washer was coming out from the wall.

Old Town Finest was excellent apartment to stay in. Very spacious, clean, right in heart of Old Town Dubrovnik with easy access to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location and beautiful apartment

The location of this unit was magical! You’ll have plenty of space and the apartment is well conditioned we stayed very comfortably here. The communication with the host was great.

First, the positives of the apartment. The location of the apartment was right in the center of old town. It was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was great. And, now for negatives. We arrived after a long day of travel and found 5 dead cockroaches in different areas of the apartment. I contacted the host right away and they responded quickly and had someone come to clean it out while we were at dinner. We didn’t see anymore cockroaches in our 3 night stay, but it did ruin the entire stay for us because we were constantly looking for them. Also, the bathroom shower does not have a good enclosure and water comes out leaving the floor completely wet. It is a mess.

Location!

We had a great stay at Old Town Finest! The location could not be better! The host provided excellent directions to the apartment. The unit was clean and comfortable and we were happy to find that the a/c kept the rooms cool despite the heat outside. We would not hesitate to book again!

Good location

Apartment was great for fam of 4. Separate AC in every room. Bakery steps away, as well as grocery store (that was open on Sunday, which is rare for Croatia)

Great stay

Great apartment in Old Town Dubrovnik! AMAZING location with lots or restaurant in the area. There is a cute square with an out door market nearby with fresh fruits and local merchants. The apartment was easy to get to with luggage. Once inside the building there are only a few steps to navigate up to the first floor where apartment was located. For anyone coming to Dubrovnik, I would recommend walking the city walls. There are a lot of steps initially but it is well worth it! The views of the city inside and out were spectacular! Beautiful city and great apartment.

Great memories

A big clean modern apartment located inside the Old Town walls, with a very good price - made our stay with family simply awesome! Apartment was Very easy to find! And with a restaurant just outside your door, made us lazy to cook, even with the modern kitchen facilities in the apartment. Everything is included from shampoos, towels, linens, etc. I wish they would: add 8 pairs of ice making plastic containers; install a shower curtain in the bathtub so water doesn’t leak out; change the mattress because they were super soft, not good for the back 😣; other than these, the apartment is almost perfect for beautiful Dubrovnik! Thank you for sharing this place to my family.

Nice Location in Dubrovnik

While apartment is centrally located and checkin was easy, we found a few concerns upon arrival. One of the toilet seat was broken in 3 pieces and unusable. A bathroom wall socket was hs going off the wall and the apartment was described on VRBO as having 2 full baths when in fact, it only had 1 and a half. (Inconvenient for 2 elderly couples). It took 24 hours for repairs to be made (toilet seat and outlet). We felt that these concerns should have been fixed before our arrival.

We visited for a wedding at Sponza Palace and the apartment was conveniently located to the venue. The apartment met our needs for the visit and if looking for a centrally located place in the old city this is a good choice.
