Newly renovated penthouse in the historic center of La Laguna. In front of the Church of La Concepción with views of the tower. On the ground floor it has a living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and terrace. Going up the stairs you access the attic bedroom with a bed of 1.50 m. You can walk to all points of interest in the city because it is in the center.

Recently remodeled penthouse apartment right in the city old town. It is in front of the Iglesia de la Concepcion and has a terrace with nice views to the church's tower. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are in the first floor, while the main bedroom is upstairs (Bed is 1. 50 m wide). All the town's points of interest are within walking distance.

Stunning flat in stunning location

Gorgeous and immaculately clean flat with an incredible location in La Laguna’s old town. We used this as a base for a walking holiday and couldn’t rate it more highly. The bed was really comfortable and it was nice and quiet at night meaning we had fantastic sleep. We didn’t cook as there are too many fantastic tapas places nearby but all facilities are there. We hired a car and you do have to find parking in the nearby streets every day (free) but this means you usually have a 3 to 5 minute walk to get to the flat. Thank you for a wonderful stay

It was a fantastic apartment at the rigjt place.It was clean, well-equipped and cosy. We enjoyed the terrace. The communication was very quick between the owner and us. There was only one strange thing for us : the bathroom hasn't got a ceiling.
