Elevated very well furnished two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with wifi, air conditioning, fully fitted kitchen, 2 bathrooms one with a walk in shower, lounge/dining room with patio doors leading to the large terrace with nice outside furniture and sun loungers perfect for enjoying your holiday.

The complex has a selection of communal pools, underground parking, 24 hour security and is a 15 minute walk to Puerto de la Duquesa and it's bars, restaurants and beaches.

Lovely apartment

Very nice apartment. Very clean and well equipped with everything required including super comfy beds. Lovely views from spacious terrace which has nice table and sun beds. Easy downhill 20 minute walk to marina which has good choice of restaurants. Great communication from Duquesa Estates regarding entry and exit. Highly recommend.

Bel appartement de qualité

Je recommande cet appartement où nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Dès que l'on arrive on se sent comme à la maison. Appartement bien équipé, meublé avec goût et qualité. Appartement lumineux qui possède une très belle terrasse, avec une vue dégagée et sans vis à vis.

Holiday Break

Wundervolles Appartement

Das Appartement war absolut wie beschrieben. Es war wirklich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte auch ausreichend Geschirr, was ja selten der Fall ist. Wir haben auf den Matratzen sehr gut geschlafen. Sehr moderne Bäder. Also alles was das Herz begehrt. Und der Ausblick von der wirklich tollen Terrasse ist ein Traum! Kann man nur empfehlen

Great place to stay

The apartment was very clean and had all amenities available including dishwasher, nespresso machine and washing machine. The tree had been trimmed (see earlier reviews) so we had the sea view. 15 min walk to Manilva / Duquesa was not an issue. Duquesa estates were a pleasure to deal with even in event of crisis! Would recommend. 5 stars .

Very Nice apartment

The Apartment was very nice, lot og space, nce terrace, Only about 12 minutts to walk down TU Puerto La Duquesa, 15 to 20 minutts back or a taxi to 8 euros. Some tres in front of the terrace choud be cut a bit shorter to improve the view.

we liked everything, the apartment was lovely, well kept,spotlessly clean and in a great location. we were more than happy. The staff at Duquesa estates were more than helpful and so friendly and made us very welcome. We will almost certainly return.

Mark Hanley's stay in Coto Real

What is not to like staying in a beautiful apartment in a amazing setting like Coto Real. I was lucky enogh to have sun every day, and there is nothing more enjoyable than waking up every morning to see the sun rising above the Mediterranean Sea and the only sound you can hear are the birds singing, absolutly idyllic place to stay. I will be back. Many thanks to the owner of the lovely apartment. And to the wonderful staff at Duquesa Estates.
