Lovely one bedroom apartment overlooking the boats in the lovely marina of Puerto de la Duquesa.



This fully refurbished apartment is fully air conditioned and benefits from double glazing, wifi internet connection, tv, open plan lounge kitchen ideal for holiday living. Marble floors throughout and modern furniture. There is access to the terrace from both the lounge and bedroom.



There is no allocated parking for the apartment however there is plenty of free parking around the marina.

I booked very last minute and was pleasantly surprised. The property was in a great location with a wonderful view. Clean and spacious apartment and just what I needed. Would stay again as a regular visitor to Duquesa.

Estepona vacation

We enjoyed the marina location and the beautiful view from the deck. The selection of restaurants was great. The atmosphere is lively and may be an issue if you’re seeking a quiet venue.

Amazing accommodation

This is a beautiful apartment. So handy for everything, lovely bars restaurants so close by but ceramic not noisy at night. Beautiful views of the poet and the sea. Definitely recommend. Duquesa Estates are so good and efficient to deal with. Never any problems when booking with them.

Little Things to Make the Stay 5 Star Throughout

In general all was good. Apart from drainage in the shower was not good and got worse to the end of our stay. Washing machine didn’t spin and air con to bedroom was poor.

Apartment is very well located with lovely views over Duquesa Port. Everything is within walking distance including beach , bars and restaurants. The apartment is located on the first floor. The entrance to the building is quite run down and in need of an upgrade. The apartment itself is well maintained. There is a central a/c system. The balcony overlooks the harbour and gets morning sun. The kitchen has basic cooking and dining supplies. The bedroom has a large double bed with good wardrobe space. The entrance to the building is very run down and in need of refurbishment.

Love the view from the balcony and it's a compact apartment that has all requirements. On top of everything in the port from restaurants, entertainment and lovely walks along the promenade to Sabinillas and Castillo. Have stayed here before and will stay here again. Also the staff of Duquesa Estates couldn't do enough for us if there was a problem. Very pleasant and helpful young men and women. The entrance to the apartment could do with a clean up, but that's not down to you I know. It's a pity the television didn't work but you certainly tried your best to sort it out so we can't moan. Another small moan, which isn't down to you but down to the owners is the crockery and cutlery. I've never come across such heavy items. Lucky I'm a strong 80 yr old or I wouldn't be able to lift them from the cupboard. But besides these small moans everything else was good.

Superb for a short stay - not too noisy but right at the harbour - walk to restaurants in seconds

Immediate convenience to all harbor restaurants and bars beautiful view excellent value walking to town is easy though you won't have to superb for the 3 day stay I booked Duquesa Estates personnel were patient and super helpful No washer instructions no hand soap on arrival cleaning supplies closet maintenance long overdue harbor general store is expensive for a longer stays people might prefer being in a less congested spot (Sabinillas) and walking to the harbor (10 mins)

Fabulous location and view over the Marina

Communication before and during our stay was excellent. It’s a great central position. A smaller table on the terrace and instructions for the washing machine would be good. Noise from the bars and restaurants wasn’t a problem and the aircon was very good. Turned off when we went out or sat on the terrace and when we came back in, turned it back on it cooled quickly. Thankyou

Stay in Puerto duquesa

We had a lovely week here. Apartment was ideal for us with a balcony overlooking the harbour. So many lovely restaurants of all varieties in the urbanisation......after days out it was lovely to get back for a good meal and a drink and not have to drive anywhere. Would recommend

PERFECT

It’s a perfect location, with all the restaurants within the apartment block, and around the port.There’s a great supermarket Arkwright’s with loads of English products there’s a lift up to apartment on level one, hairdryer,towels,tea towels and a bottle of water in fridge for your arrival along with 2 sachets of coffee & milk and 2 teabags. Balcony with sun 1st thing in the morning 2 rattan chairs and a table and slightly reclining chair. If you could supply an extension lead for the Hairdryer as the wall plug so too far away to see yourself in the bedroom mirror , would be a great asset.

Great place to stay

Nicely situated apartment, all you need for two people , also great views Only complaint was the building work in surrounding apartments. Was offered a move , but chose to stay as liked where we were.

Lovely property with outstanding view

First class property in the best location in Duquesa- a few steps from all the best restaurants and a minute from the beach. Huge TV with all UK channels, air conditioning/heating and all necessities for a lovely holiday. Shame about the weather, but it was great to watch the storms from the balcony.

Cracking view

Booking & correspondence with agents was easy. They were happy to let us check in early. Beautiful outlook over the marina. The property is above restaurants so some cooking smells but we knew that from our local knowledge & it didn't bother us. Plenty of crockery, cutlery & cleaning equipment. Nice balcony furniture. Could do with a clothes airer. We were very comfortable during our stay
