Studio apartment well furnished in a modern style with direct access to the marina. The apartment benefits from it's own wifi connection and air conditioning. It also has a full bathroom with jacuzzi bath and a full independent kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The terrace has views over the marina of Puerto de la Duquesa and also has glass curtains that can be opened and closed throughout the year.



Located on the beachfront complex of Marina Real which has 2 swimming pools, underground parking and 24 hour security.

Smashing studio

Lovely spacious studio in a fabulous location overlooking the Marina. Capacious for a studio. Perfect for a short stay. A little overfurnished which might encourage over occupancy. I’d consider a pull down bed too to make the place perfect. Loved it though. Would use again. Nothing other than too much furniture. Fab little spot. Great service.

Great value for money

Loved this apartment for 2 people. Had everything we needed and was very clean and well maintained. Lack of toilet rolls was a problem as the shop in the port had none for a few days. But everything else was just great.

Superb!!

I liked everything about this studio, the location, the decor, the facilities , the fact that as a solo female traveller I felt safe not only in the studio but also in the communal areas. The balcony area is fabulous for admiring the fantastic boats and people watching. I need that chaise long in my life!!! it’s perfect for relaxing with my book and a nice glass of wine after a long day on the beach, which is two minutes away. I will definitely be back.

Have stayed in many apartments in Marina Real over many years and have never stayed in a studio apartment so we were pleased at how spacious it was,we wanted a port view from balcony and it was great.Perfect for two people
