Villa Sari is off "Kalamar Rd ", a lovely 6 minute stroll to the Old Town

Villa Sari is situated in an enviable location just a 6 minute easy stroll, which is mostly flat for Kalkan, into the old town past local cafes and restaurants. Alternativley walk in the opposite direction along "Kalamar Road" and try out the new eateries popping up as you head towards Kalamar Bay.

The villa has a double bedroom ensuite ,and a twin bedroom ensuite,which both lead out onto a balcony. On the top floor there is a further single bedroom. All bedrooms are air conditioned. The Villa is bright and airy with glass brick walls inviting light into the building. The living room has a sofa and a T.V. with UK channels and the fully fitted kitchen has a breakfasting table overlooking the pool. The pool terrace is accessed by sliding doors from the living room or hallway which lead onto an area with an awning and table for al fresco dining. Outside is quiet and peaceful. There is a 7.5 x 3 x 1.6m pool and sufficent sun loungers to cater for all around the south facing swimming pool, which is bathed in sunlight all day. In the evening, you can head out onto the large double section roof terrace, enjoy a drink with lovely views and soak up the atmosphere as the Old Town lights up, welcoming you to the wonderful evening ahead. There are mature gardens to the back and sides of the building, which include olive and lemon trees .

Villa Sari can comfortably sleep 4 adults in bedrooms with additional space for 1 possibly 2 children. The Villa is looked after by Nuri and the gardens and pools are maintained by Irfan. Both Nuri and Irfan are extremley approachable and friendly with a wealth of knowledge of the local area which they will gladly share with you. We will also provide you with information regarding trips etc should you be interested, along with being available to promptly deal with any issues that may arise. We provide a mid stay clean for all stays of two weeks or more. If additional cleaning is required during your stay we can provide this at cost price .

Either way, you will not be disappointed. For home supplies there is a well stocked local shop situated 40 metres away.
